Her family had bookie parlors but she was doing the online booking herself. Its a business. |

This topic comes up regularly and always amuses me... I personally have made several $10k wagers over the years...I have friends who have made $25k wagers with locals and in Vegas over the years.. And, yes, they have posted on Covers... I would like to think that most on Covers would not fall for the fallacy that people who make big bets don't post on Covers...but its always amusing when they do... |

I've never seen a betting slip for $25k. Please do share. Especially with all the commentary lately about sportsbooks not taking large wagers these days. |

Just downloaded Adblock and immediately got rid of everything!
Literally took 30 seconds to find and install. Thanks for the advise guys, I would never have even thought about doing that, as I said I'm pretty computer illiterate. Hallelujah! thanks again boys

This site used to be great but now it's become almost impossible to even navigate! every second a new ad pops up that you have to get rid of. It's so tiring and super annoying.
I've never seen a product so completely ruined in my life by something that can easily be avoided. It's literally impossible to use this place for searching stats and trends, etc. unless you enjoy driving yourself insane! Ok I'm done ranting... and I'll probably end up in covers prison now forever for saying what everyone who visits this site is thinking. Good day

I agree, and I'm gonna grab some alt under 66.5 @ +230 as well.
OU games recently have been a world apart from what we're used to seeing from the Mayfield/Murray led teams of the last couple years. They are so run heavy now with Hurts and bleed clock all game long (which I also believe is their only way to keep this game close). Hurts is not a good downfield passer and will be forced from the pocket to scramble time and time again. tick. tick. tick.

not sure where you're seeing a 25 degree forecast, I'm seeing 38-40 degrees with no precip and 3 mph wind

Take the points man, you still guarantee yourself a win with a good possibility of winning both. I've made this mistake in the past a few times. This game has a good possibility of landing within the number...

Man these main/co main fights are tough to bet...
Edgar should win, but never gets the finish and it's hard for me to lay -270 on anything, especially a fist fight where anything can happen. Frankie by DEC -150 might be the best bet here... Barboza/Lee is tricky as well... Lee is gonna implement the same game plan as Khabib did against Barboza (regardless of how much sh*t he's talking about standing and trading with him) but Lee always has a cardio dump after rd 1 or 2 so if Barboza can weather the storm in the early rounds he might be able to get a late rd finish. I'm gonna throw a little on Barboza winning in each of the last 3 rds @ +1400, +1900 and +2850 respectively. K. Lee has a lot of potential but I'm just getting sick of him constantly talking sh*t about how he's gonna destroy everyone in the division and make it look easy... even after coming off a loss. His act is getting old really quick, and he's not gonna make any fans if he keeps this act up, unless he starts backing it up of course A couple big dogs I'm gonna take a crack at are C. Sherman +260 and J. Miller +270. I'll put a unit on each of them and hope at least one of them wins which would net about 1.5 units. And if they both win, then that would be great obviously |

Why is the total only 8? Angels will not be held down...Ohtani in lineup..2 of the best offense in MLB with 2 average pitchers.. |

And Karolina was handled easily by Claudia in her last fight. That might motivate her, but it also just may be a sign that she's in over her head against girls that can grapple and are well rounded

Man I always check out your threads for UFC events and it always seems like we're on the same page for 90% of fights and props...
I agree that Raging Al has a better chance than some of the other options, and will be betting it the same exact way... Al to win in RD 1 and 2, and Khabib in the last 3 rounds Also agree on Rodriguez, Aubin-Mercier and F. Herrig is my favorite bet on this card. Karolina is hugely overvalued because of her name recognition and previous title fight with J.J. Herrig has made monumental gains skill wise over her last half dozen fights, and she's in phenomenal shape! I think she might finish Karolina |

Also Anders wasn't very impressive in his last fight against a guy he was supposed to handle pretty easily. He seemed to lose a lot of steam after not getting his way early (similar to Ngannou). Hopefully the dragon can take him into deep water where he's never been before and frustrate the hell out of him

Solid value on Machida tonite, and it helps that he got ko'd in his last fight. Dude's been fighting his whole life, and Anders is a football player who just started training martial arts a few years ago
