Does the perfect streak continue today? Only time will tell.
I actually have a little time to cap this time.

@ the Celtics.
This is great stuff. Can't believe I'm talking about a Hawks playoff game when I say that.
Beantown still gonna take this game though.

Why does the NBA have to hate New Jersey so much?

You just said that the Lakers shouldn't be able to sweep such a talented team, and then went on to add that if the Lakers do win, it's won't be because of Denver's lack of heart or effort.
So the Lakers can't beat their talent, but the only way they can win is if they're the better team? So therefore, the Lakers cannot beat the Nuggets?
I feel like I'm taking the SAT's all over again.

Just moved and haven't been able to get any NBA updates since last Friday so I'm doing a quick crash course on current events. Just briefly looking things over, I'm sure of one thing.
This series is ending TONIGHT.
The Denver Nuggets are gutless, plain and simple. I still vividly remember betting 30 units on the Spurs ML in Game 4 last year and watching with glee as the Nuggets wasted an eight point halftime lead and choked away the game down the stretch. Of course, last year Game 4 wasn't the elimination game. What happened in Game 5, however, was indicative of what they've always done in the playoffs, losing by 15 without much of a fight. Anyone remember 2006 where a third-seeded Nuggets squad lost 4-1 in the first round to the Clips, their last 3 losses in that series by double digits? Anyone seeing a pattern here?
Karl doesn't know how to handle his team, he simply doesn't. Melo blowing up on him, A.I. blowing up on him, the guy does not know how to coach defense or team basketball, not to mention he's fat and has an ugly scar on his face. And let's not forget his playoff blunders in the past other than the ones in his current tenure at Denver, such as the first round exit against the Nuggs back when he was with Seattle.
If you think Denver plays loosely and plays great early, you may be right. If you think that Los Angeles is going to waste an opportunity to put a talented team away because they want to finish it at Staples, you are dead wrong. This is not the time to play around as they are on as serious a playoff run as you can get in the Western Conference, and with the Jazz on the verge on closing out their series against the Rockets, a little rest and preparation would be in their best interest.
Count me as part of the public tonight, The Lake Show are moving onto Round 2.

Haven't had access to the internet or cable since last Friday because I just moved so I had no idea about the playoff results until today, but I'm very glad to see my prediction worked out like a charm.
Wonder how much Cleveland's gonna be laying for Game 5...
