created a topic Dan's Daily NCAAB 12/9 (17-16 YTD) *JIMMY V EDITION* in College Basketball "They got that screen up there flashing 30 seconds, like I care about that screen. I got tumors all over my body and I'm worried about some guy in the back going 30 seconds." Tonight we remember the great Jim Valvano. If nothing else comes out of this post, it should serve as a reminder to all of us that there is much more to life than material possessions and money. Yes we love to gamble, and we have fun doing it and its a thrill but we cannot let this consume our lives. Take some time this holiday season to remember everything that we have to be thankful for. "To me, there are three things we all should do every day. We should do this every day of our lives. Number one is laugh. You should laugh every day. Number two is think. You should spend some time in thought. And Number three is, you should have your emotions moved to tears, could be happiness or joy. But think about it. If you laugh, you think, and you cry, that's a full day. That's a heck of a day. You do that seven days a week, you're going to have something special." replied to The Oddsmakers Sometimes Get Things Wrong And Many of You in College Basketball Im going to have to respectfully disagree here. Yes there is absolutely something to be said for doing your own homework WHICH SHOULD ALWAYS BE DONE REGARDLESS. However, when you see the same people capping who are making good bets and your own ideas are right in line with them it should make you feel more secure in your selections. I cap my own games anyway, but when i see other members like Bird, Puck, and MoneyMaker that have the same lines as me I definitely am more inclined towards that game. Theres a reason its called "smart betting" Cappers analyze all the angles and know more than the average better. So while I do believe that everyone no matter what should always go with their gut and make their own picks, it makes it easier when they are in line with people like us who live and breathe the sport. I would've liked a really good Monday card to get it rolling but its one of the worst we've seen in awhile. That being said there is really one play that I particulary like and maybe a lean that I'll add later on. Tonights Pick is......
