Nedeljkovic did play an excellent game, and Buffalo had their chances, but 42 shots should pot you 3 goals at least. 

I believe those are one and the same.  1+ points means 1 exact point and/or (i.e. plus) anything over 1 point is a win, which is same for Over 0.5 points.  Unless I am missing something.
