10 megapix picture may be too big and you may need to adjust pic size. Can be resized in "paint" and saved as a Jpeg.
You will need to find max size allowed here, find size of picture, and the stretch / skew appropriate percentage to fit.
I had to do that about 6 times for this avatar.

Grandfather was is an ex cop. I have an uneasy feeling you are right. God help the grandparents if that body wasnt there from day 1. Casey Anthony had full run of the parents house and could easily have gotten tape, garbage bags, rope etc from mom and dad, but if that little girl was dropped in the water AFTER mom was in custody, I think the grandparent(s) would have been involved. How heartless would someone be to bound a child, put them in a garbage bag, and throw them into a swamp. |

Today I was almost successful in an attempt to assassinate one of my tormentors by weaving around his feet as he was walking. I must try this again tomorrow -- but at the top of the stairs.

Good luck with that defense. If the child was bound and gagged. Carefully disposed of, death similar to any of the manners the mother googled...
Good luck showing she wasn't capable of determining right from wrong.

I read stories about animal abuse too. It may not be my animal or one that I know but it still chills me to the bone.

Thanks I heard that too AFTER I wondered if search teams were incompetent. Even with that being said Equisearch was there doing some searches, I am sure if they followed normal search protocol, they started the search around the grandparents and Mothers houses, and expanded outward. When children are murdered statistically they are either drown or left in water about 80% ( or more ) of the time. I am sure they searched bodies of water with as much diligence as land. Question now has to be asked, was body there the whole time? |

Reports saying it appears childs mouth was ducttaped
Will be interesting if they can figure out how long body has been there. If it was the whole time, searchers really fouled up.....If it wasn't the whole time, there has to be someone else involved.

Depends on cause of death.
If she has broken hyoid bone...........1st degree
If she has downers in her system.....2nd degree. The fact that the police have relesased that Casey was doing internet searches of how to kill a child, how to
dope up a child, homemade poisens etc won't look good at trial. If Mom has choice of plea deal for life or go to trial and possibly face death, she better take the deal. All deals off the table if they have the body, especially if it isn't so degraded that they can get deep tissue samples or hair samples
