Ok I guess it opened at 221.5.. When I first saw it, it was 216.5. I bet it under at 218.5. Now it’s 219.5. Overall still under open though.

I haven’t used an offshore book in years. I never really had much luck with them and it always felt kind of shady to me.

I know some of the guys on this site use them.. Anyone else have any suggestions?

Have to bet Virginia college teams offshore. Bet365 offers minor league lines, like for the Norfolk Tides.
