See how in Website Promotions Idiot_Savant 0-0 Under 198 CHA Bobcats- POR Trailblazers I feel the Bobcats are in a decline and will keep on falling, locking up the title as worst team in the NBA. An interesting statistic that stood out to me is that when the Bobcats are an underdog of 11+ points, they are 0-12 o/u, not going over once this season.
