Its been months and months since I posted anything.....looks like I picked the wrong day....ha...

I turned this game off in the first quarter when Western Ky qb missed on a couple of long and open passes early.....odds are it goes under now....but have seen both these teams score 3 or 4 TD's in a half and gonna need it now.....

Also that's why I bid up on the points to save juice so if its a loss I lose 1 unit vs 1.1 units and as you know for me that's important ....juice kills...

I will watch the 3rd qtr to see if chances improve or its an " L" in the balance sheet...

My only play today was in Bolivia....Bolivar/Blooming Onions over 3......

And to add to your thoughts....(my fire) are really struggling for offense as when they move forward they leave their less than average defense open to the opposition.

Read somewhere in the neighborhood that theyare gonna go on the offense today....heard it all around the park......meaning they should give up goals.....

IM wagering on an over something like Houston 2-1, 3-1, 3-2.....its hard for a road team to simply out score a home team......and if (my fire) does go on the offensive....Houston wins.....but with goals......

This Fire team has the potential tovscore 3 or 4 but when a couple of key cogs go missing they look awful......in order to win....this fire team rides a very thin line and it shows in play and score.

It will all be well. I think u actually no my name and many of the old regulars from the past do. I had my first heart attack back at 50.....had 2'stents put in that failed after a few months. Had to have triple by pass back than but have had 3 heart attacks since......but no surgery's its amazing the heart muscle can heal itself. I still walk and run......daily......although my diet is horrible as I eat junk........

It's been like 10 or 11 years since that surgery and I know I will be heading back one day.....but I still cap daily because i love it and this is what I do.

Just make sure you exercise daily.....don't baby yourself and do nothing .....I believe that is the kiss if death when you stop doing......anyone who meets me has no clue that I have been carved up....act young and keep mentally and physically sharp........if I wasn't a short old bald guy.....no one would know.

I always feel so sad when a posted play of mine turns out as a loss. Ironic all the other Sweden matches had goals scored......I'm scratching my head and with 5 minutes left it was 0-0.......

Just sharing another play and again sorry I don't post often as I'd like to in order to hopefully help out....

Crystal Palace vs Manchester City

Over 2 1/2, 3 goals at about even money +100

Crystal P at home last 14 matches has scored at least 1 goal or more in 12 of those matches and vs clubs with any type of offense will concede at least 1.

Man City on the road in Premier League play had a run of 20 straight matches where they scored at least 1 goal or more on the road....until that last match at Brunley when they lost 1-0....but hey they were involved and thing about that Barcelona club about that same time.....was that an excuse....probably.

Crystal P middle of table really has nothing to win or lose except to try and beat the "big boys" in front of that home crowd. Man City with a win catapoltes up the ladder....and although they play stingy defense it is usually a result of the opponents are so afraid of their offense they play back....ha!!

I penciled in a final of 1-1, 2-1, 3-1, 4-1, and a chance to cash this ticket at 73.7%.....and at even money.....even cashing half a ticket is a positive!! I'm expecting some free flow action....we should get some quality chances....

Its my opinion soccer is one of the easier sports to wager on and win more wagers than you lose. The keys are actually simple......when wagering "overs" clubs must have good offensive form home and away and it doesn't hurt if one or both clubs have questionable defense or missing key defensive components.

When wagering unders the keys are both clubs must be offensively challengedcand posses a good defense or their style of play is 2 passes forward and 2 passes back.

The problem is if you are an action junkie than all picks will be of the over sort and % wise its close to 50/50 depending on game circumstances. You must be selective and pick your spots. Most -2 goal favorites win their matches but not always by two goals as the other team plays conservative and most dogs that are +2 the dog will rarely win or cover and the reasons are obvious.

Every game has its own flavor and things happen during the course of the match that can swing thatvwager to a favorable or unfavorable situation to both you the wagerer and to the clubs themselves who are playing the match.

Its not easy but soccer can be and is profitable if you lose the "mindset" of what you want to happen vs what is most likely to happen....

When it comes to soccer the most dangerous and hardest matches to cap are the big games like Europa and Champions League or those exhibition type Friendlies .

Soccer is as easy as college football to make some cash.....but there are plenty if year round opportunities so pick your spots!!

Went to see one of my local books this past weekend and was overtaken with sadness.....

No it wasn't that I owed.....matter of fact just a small collection from that sources this month.......but the fact that we met in a parking lot of a Buffalo Wild Wings on a sunny afternoon......than I realized that we always meet outside somewhere....and or since the advent of offshore books we collect via online, transfers, checks, etc.......it just gas become so modern.

I remember the days some 35 years ago + back in my 20's.....go to a local neighborhood bar in Chicago ...which was dimly lit, the guy in the back corner taking wagers, paying, collecting .......I mean that was the norm......you'd go see him ...than spend time at the bar with a drink or two......

I kind of miss that ........it makes me sad to think of that guy....always alert but somewhat out of shape but always in control......doing his thing.....taking our action......it was all so exciting but yet mysterious.....maybe mainly because it was so dark. Illegal, and uncertain......

Than the age of computers hit and what once was working out of a closet......became open and public and based on an island......

I miss the old way.....but would never go hack.....and that coming from an old dog like me.....be thankful for offshore and hopefully in the USA legal in all states.......that guy from yesteryear thatcsat in the corner now gets plenty of sun....
