created a topic Looking for some genuine advice in Penalty Box I honestly don't know where to start so I am going to just spill my heart out and tell you guys the whole story. I am in my late 20's and I live with my parents. I have no money, I am unemployed and just cant seem to get any breaks in life. I have bounced from job to job in my life despite the fact that I possess above average intelligence. I feel like I have a huge ego and that has hindered me from achieving a lot in life, and a friend of mine insists that this is the truth. I have basically alienated everyone in my life and while I do own a car, I currently have a suspended license. I have lived in several different places, different sharerentals, and always seem to end up back here with my parents, albeit usually for a short time. I have had ups and downs in gambling, but overall I have lost a ton of money despite the fact that I am very knowledgable about not only sports but casino games, but you all know how gambling works. Anyway I am lazy, I dont have many friends left, (even though I know a ton of people) and my parents and I have recently been butting heads and when that happens it is truly intolerable as I feel they become unreasonable and irrational. They were always very strict and sometimes I wonder if that is the cause of all my problems, although of course I understand I am a grown man and should be held accountable for my actions. Basically, I dont know what to do. I am fully capable, I just have serious issues. I don't like to be around people that much, Im kind of antisocial and like to keep to myself. I feel like I dont have much energy although I dont really feel depressed. I have a lot of regrets in life. I realize I need to get a job but my resume is a piece of shit because I dont have much longevity anywhere, even though I have had several very good jobs. I hate taking the bus anywhere. Thanks for reading, if you have any advice for me I would love to hear it. Let the hazing begin.
