created a topic Bowling Green vs Tulsa line movement in College Football Can someone explain to me the huge line movement the last week or so on this goame? I loved Bowling Green +3 but now it's -4 at my book. This line has my head spinning. A touchdown is huge movement I just can't figure out if its smart money or public. Thoughts?
