MEM vs CHA numbers (These are all ATS stats):
Memphis is 14-9-1 (60.9%) as an away team Memphis is 5-2-1 (71.4%) as the away favorite Non division games MEM is 22-18-1 at 55.0% When MEM is favored from -1 to -3 they are 9-4 to cover the spread Since January 1st MEM is 15-9 ATS. CHA is 14-13-1 (51.9%) as the home team and they are 9-7 (56.2%) as the home underdog, when CHA is +1.5 to +3 to cover they are 4-5 -- Non division games CHA is 28-17-3 at 62.2% (wow!!) since January 1st CHA is 12-12 ATS For me charlotte has been playing nice but Memphis is in a class higher, I don't think the game from last night affects Memphis too much because Charlotte played a close match as well so they will both be fatigued, and as unstoppable as Jefferson has been Memphis has the answer in Gasol and Randolph. (I get my numbers from teamrankings.com and I know lines can swing a few points or more depending on the book you are using and news affecting each line so take the data I have provided with skepticism but I think it is an OK tool in understanding how both teams fair in the situations they are in) MEM -2.5 Good luck everyone and take what you want from this in your pursuit of |

Good points -- I think Bradley/Rondo backcourt will be too much for Orlando, who are without Jameer Nelson. Also Brad Stevens said Rondo is going to get significant time today (30 minutes or so). It could go either way but I think Celtics put in a strong game today in the Garden
GL I'm going with Celtics -5.5

Looking at another game -- Chicago -1 is too generous. The pelicans haven't played well in January with home losses to Dallas, Washington, San Antonio, Sacramento, and Golden State. In fact, in January the Pelicans have one impressive win against Memphis but their only other wins for the month are against Boston, Cleveland, Detroit, and Orlando.
The bulls are 11-4 in January and their road wins haven't been that impressive with wins against Cleveland,Charlotte,Orlando, and Milwaukee but they did have a nice victory against the Spurs-- I think over all the bulls are a better spot here and will grind out a victory Bulls -1 (-105)

Hello fellow cappers -- Here is my look at the OKC vs WAS game tonight.
After watching the Thunder/Nets game last night it's just too hard to get in the way of OKC right now. Durant is playing out of his mind and he has great support from his big men (Ibaka,Collison,Perkins) while there are younger guys who are also giving them an edge (Lamb and Jones III) - I can't see OKC slowing down. They've scored over 100 pts in each of their last 10 games. I think this will be a fast paced affair and I give the edge to OKC. I think OKC next loss will be against a strong Memphis team, hopefully that line will be a little inflated to put value on taking Memphis. Washington is ATS as a home favorite 4-10 Washington is 3-9 vs teams ranked in the top 10 (top 10 according to teamrankings.com measure) and they are 5-16 vs teams in the top 15 I am going OKC (-4.5) and leaning on 202o
