Lots of weather issues on the east coast, and northeast tonight it looks like.
Games in doubt look to be Pittsburgh and Baltimore, maybe also Cleveland and Cincinnati delayed or pp. Anyone have any more local info? |

It's games like this that painfully remind us why it's gambling, not just statistical analysis.
This game could easily be at 10+ runs right now, and definitely should have at least 4, but it's 0-0 now and we'll see both teams playing small ball the rest of the way trying to get a run or two and the W. So painful to watch, but sometimes that's the way the ball bounces. |

I'm not seeing any stats loading on any of the draftkings pages tonight since the contests started.
Just me or is everyone having this issue? |

I really want to take the over in this game, but it's nationally televised and the line is still sitting at 6.5 -130. Why hasn't it moved to 7? Makes me think the books want the extra juice as the public is on the over on a sharp line.

I would agree that is a winning proposition over the long run.
I'm curious, what does your bookie do when the line moves up or down say half a point? Is he still going off the originally posted lines? Or is he just doing all bets at -110 for ease of calculation? |

Specifically I'm curious about the over / unders record by day of the week.
I know it seems strange but i"m convinced that, at least this season, there are certain days of the week that lean strongly over or under for the entire league. Also, I'd like to see the record for over / unders East coast, mid-west, and West coast. This one I know I could do by categorizing the teams and adding up all their home totals by win/loss, but that sounds like a lot of work if it's already out there somewhere. |

Are you sure it was knapp to win? That's normally written as 2-0. (0-2 in something like live betting usually means she loses two sets to none.)
What were the odds? Was it about even money? If not, if it was a big positive payout, I don't think you bet knapp to win in straight sets. Maybe post the wager here for us to see? |

He's right, I missed the first line with your parlay in it completely.

Based on the rules at most books, yes, that is all correct.

Game will be suspended, not called. So bets cancelled, game resumed at a date TBA (possibly only if necessary)

Honestly I think they put them back out there prematurely thinking it would end quickly since they only needed to get 1 out. Now they're just screwed in every possible way.
It can't end at 8-7 as it currently stands (it could have ended at 5-7 if they'd never made the comeback, but it no longer reverts back), the teams don't play again this year so they won't be able to continue a suspended game, and with the trade deadline tonight the Padres may not even have some of their players if they do try to make it up. It's supposed to let up in the next hour, but I'm watching on tv and the infield is literally flooded. I'm saying my prayers but I will be appalled if this thing gets finished in the next couple of hours. Fingers crossed though. |

This is so fucked. The ground crew is badly screwing up covering the field. It may not be playable.
I've got 2k on the over and if they don't finish this thing it goes away. |

Wow, 3 run homer after 2 outs, no one on when the delay started.
Guess they're glad they didn't let them call the game now. |

I hope he's being satirical / mocking someone.
States an 80% chance to win the RL. Concludes he will stay away from the 80% play, just in case. Both hilarious. LOL |
