Jets ( pick em ) - Robert Woods and Stevie Johnson are out. Jets are off a bye week. Jets are in the playoff hunt and Rex has done a terrific job with Geno Smith and firing this team up. Pittsburgh gave the Jets the blueprint to rattling E.J. Manuel. Jets break their road woes and win in Buffalo.
Philadelphia ( -4 ) - The Eagles beat the Redskins in Week 1 of the NFL season with a less efficient Michael Vick. Chip Kelly and Nick Foles has this offense humming. The Eagles have a top 10 run D. Detroit ( -3 ) - A bad matchup for the Steelers. The Steelers offensive line has lost 3 starters which is a terrific opportunity for Detroit's front 7 to wreak havoc. The Steelers will have to keep up with the Lions explosive offense however they are dead last in the league in turnover differential ( - 11 ). New Orleans ( -4 ) - The Saints in the dome. Kaeparnick will see alot of blitzing from Rob Ryan's complex scheme. New Orleans D has been much improved from their previous two meetings. San Fran will have a difficult time matching scores with the prolific NO offense at home. Tampa Bay (+1.5 ) - Tampa Bay's D is finally rounding into form. Atlanta is severely banged up on the offensive line, wide receiver and have a non existent run game. Atlanta is fade worthy team. Houston ( -7 ) -.The Texans have allowed the fewest yards allowed in the league per game. T Pryor, D Fad and many others are injured on the offensive side of the ball for Oak. J.J Watt is due for a monster game. Seattle ( -13.5) - Ponder meets the Legion of Boom and the 12th man. Baltimore (+3) - No Tillman, No Cutler, No Melton. No Briggs. Bal finally gets it's run game going. New England (+2.5) - Shane Vereen is back. Danny Amendola is healthier. Aqib Talib will be back. Tom Brady and Bill B as underdogs. Carolina has beaten NYG, Tampa Bay, Atlanta, Minnesota, St Louis and SF. Give me New England as an underdog in primetime pleaseeeeee. |

I have this feeling that things start to normalize this week. alot of people have been doing the underdogs or nothing play lately, and usually through the first 7 weeks of the season, for the past 3 or 4 years parody has been apparent. i look for square bettors to start getting some of the money. this is when teams start to gain momentum and cover bets. really don't over analyze stats like how many people are on the public it's all about who is the better team is and who has the matchup advantages.
better D seattle, better qb seattle, better run game seattle, better coach seattle, better offense seattle, momentum seattle. i think all of this equates to a horrible blow out for mr kellen clemens and the st louis rams.

Better QB Big Ben>Pryor Home Team Raiders>Steelers
Better D Pittsburgh>Oakland Better Coach Tomlin>Allen Better D Coordinator LeBeau It's funny how everybody pretends to be a "Sharp" and they over analyze everything. Everyone is on the Raiders and It's simple Pittsburgh has momentum and is the better team. Who cares about the cross country trip, D and run game travel well. Pittsburgh wins straight up!

I got Chicago +1, NE -4 and Phi -3.
I'm thinking an over under card that looks like this : STL vs CAR O/42, KC -6.5, DAL vs Phi O/54.5 and CHI vs Was O/50.5. Also my other leans are : Carolina - 6 ( home team, better D, equal offenses ), SF - 4.5 vs Ryan i create turnovers Fitzypatrickyyyy and KC -6.5 ( not a good way to start your career. # 1 D, loud stadium, yikesssssaroniii ), Denver -7 ( Ummmm Peyton is motivated. UH OHZZZ) BOL!

New England -4 - Getting Gronk back and getting Stevan Ridley on track makes me like New England by a touchdown here. No Santonio Holmes and Talib can take out Stephen Hill. Look for New York to struggle to move the ball!
Chicago +1 - This is a fishy line to me. Even though Chicago hasn't had a great Defense this year they still create turnovers. I look for Forte, Marshall, Jeffrey and Bennett to just kill that sub replacement level secondary the Skins have. Rg3 just doesn't look confident stepping into his throws, take the better team! Philadelphia -3 - Nick Foles doesn't turn the ball over like Michael Vick, he's running this offense efficiently! The Eagles have the #1 rushing attack in the NFL. The Cowboys are without Ware, Spencer, Ratliff. Look for the Eagles to play ball control here and take away the opportunities from Tony Romo. Love the Eagles at home. San Fran -4 - Another road team here but I like what I see from San Fran. They are hitting their stride and they have a solid D. Tennessee to have trouble moving the ball as Chris Johnson and Fitzpatrick to have a fumble and 2 or 3 or 7 interceptions. Also TEN is allowing 120 yards on the ground a game, look for San Fran to smash that blitz heavy D and protect Kaepernick!! BOL to all and Cheers!

awesome write up brother! I'm definitely on Arizona with that nasty Run D and I also like BAL at home with Eugene Monroe sliding in at left tackle and no Clay Matthews. BOL
