Pardon my simplicity, but I always bet the night after the Championship games, cause I don't want to be affected by 2 weeks of hyperbole.
That being said, Balt + 3.5 was my pick. I believe SF's inability to pressure the QB since J. Smiths injury, and The Raven's D's ability to control the middle of the field will be the difference. A close physical game will ultimately hinge on red zone success and kicking games. The Niners will come out strong, dominating TOP and yardage, but missed opportunities will prove costly. Ravens win 27-23. GL to all!

The line will not be over 3 for long. The Ravens physicality will affect the Niners greatly. Get it!

I don't see any way ATL controls either lines of scrimmage. Falcons finally won one playoff game.....despite themselves. The Niners played all year with the bitterness of last years Giant defeat on their tongues. They will wear down the undersized Falcon defense, and win going away.

Betus was ATL +5 for about half the day on Thursday. I couldn't resist putting down a little to hedge my SF even, Balt +10.5 (+125) parlay I placed on Sunday night.

Been riding the G-men the whole playoffs. Took +3 (-110) and the the under quickly after the championship games.
Then every post on this sight (other than NE residents), and every frickin man on the street that I encounter, is loving the Giants ( doubt begins). Now all the bad ass cappers around these parts are picking the Pats. Not to mention (mention) the lack of line movement when everyone's been pounding NY. And peculiarly, Hoodie's been smiling and cracking jokes like he'd Dick Vermeils God damn love child!
FU gambling Universe!, Opie (Eli)'s got ice his veins! (and a swell haircut) Giants 27-24! |

I believe the best way to determine the best is to ask yourself: if we got 1:30, no TO's and are down by 6 who do you want? For me it is Montana without a doubt.

Nah. Hes not fast enough to get outside and NE is solid in the middle with Wilfork and crew....Also, Jacobs steals some of his carries, especially near the goal line.....
I see NE committing so much to stopping the pass that yards and touches will come more in draws and dump offs where getting outside isn't as much of an issue. Downhill and hard. |

Ahmad Bradshaw +1800
In the first two rounds the Pat's were stuffing the box, since the key to victory in both games was to stop the run. I think they are far more concerned with preventing big plays in the passing game against the Giants. Bradshaw will get a lot of touches in both the run and pass game, as the G-men try to get those safeties to come up closer to the line. The Pats were ranked 19th in allowing 13 rushing TD's during the regular season and 24th in yards per attempt at 4.5 Remember, before they ran in to the buzz saw that is the SF rush defense, the Giants ran for over 140 yards in each of the 1st two rounds. Predicting 175 all purpose yards w/ 1 TD. MVP.

Alex Smith played well enough to win with a good defense at home. Both games proved that special teams proficiency is key to winning tough playoff football games. So this begs the question....who is going to choke in Indy?

Giants +3 please. NE inability to stretch the field vertically will catch up to them. Under is the play as well.
