created a topic A Gift from the Sports Book in NFL Betting One of the best known handicappers, not only in Vegas but everywhere, came into our book and placed a large wager on Sunday Bills/Colts game. Do what you want with this info as I do not share any plays during the regular season or in college. The play he had Bills/Colts OVER 36. Surprise, Surprise, the line has moved to 37 and higher because of his play. The amount doesn't matter, when he plays, the line moves. Not all of his plays win but I do like our chances Back in for another day at the book tomorrow. This is a huge benefit of working at a large strip casino. I get plenty of info working in a sports book for college and the NFL that it is always a Merry Christmas. I do not post football plays as I have 5-10 friends that I help make money during football season as we know who the sharps are playing. created a topic Straight Up and Run Line Plays for Today in MLB Betting I have 2 (4) plays for today. There are 2 games that I like both teams along with playing them on the run lines. Lets get to them. ST Louis Cards -200 Runline -1 1/2 EVEN Obviously not much value with the ML so I also added the runline. Villanueva last won in April for the lowly Cubbies He is 0-5 in his last 5 starts. The Cards have been slumping of late and Carlos Villanueva is just what the doctor ordered to bust out of the slump and make a late season charge to the playoffs SF Giants +120 Runline +1 1/2 -145 It is hard to believe that this Giant team has won 2 of the last 3 World Series. They have had few bright spots this season but one has been Chad Gaudin. Gaudin is 5-1 since entering their rotation and has only allowed 3 runs twice in 10 starts. A little risky on the money line against the O's although the O's are 2-8 the last 10 Saturdays. I will protect the cash and believe that the run line will at the least cash the ticket. Looking for a good day today. I am off to work later and will see where the amateur money goes in the sports book. My amateur money is on the Cards and Giants today. Good Luck everyone!!! created a topic 3 Plays UNDER the Radar in MLB Betting Hey everybody, I usually only post 1 or 2 plays but today I could not eliminate any of these plays. As hard as it is to watch or play Unders, these 3 plays are the best I have today. It is all about the cash, not the fun of watching. Heading to the sports book soon to enjoy a day of baseball and pre-season football. I am playing the Saints and Jags on a small parlay but like you, have no idea on pre-season football. Football reg season is the big money making time working at a sports book and it cannot get here soon enough. Lets get to the plays today. Pirates/Rockies UNDER 8 1/2 No Cargo and McCutchen limited for the Pirates Tigers/Yankees UNDER 8 1/2 Nova has been Yankee's best on the mound Yankees struggle to score Brewers/Mariners UNDER 7 1/2 Every trend on Lohse is Under The Under is 6-2 when Saunders has 4 days rest Playing them straight with a 3 team round robin of 2's and 3's. replied to 2 Plays Today in MLB Betting All in all not a total disaster but it is hard to be happy with 1-1. The Yankees grabbing defeat from the hands of victory. I feel very unlucky as the Yankees clearly should have gotten the money. 1st and 2nd in consecutive innings and nobody bunts anymore to pick up another run or two. Can someone explain to me how Lyle Overbay still has a spot in this or any other MLB lineup? Take the money with the Over in the Tigers/Indians game with an over 8 dream of 4-4 in the 8th. This is another game with a bunt to move runners up should have been over the total much earlier. created a topic 2 Plays Today in MLB Betting NY Yankees -105 I am a feel bettor more than a trend bettor and feel that the Yankees will get the money tonight. I feel this is a strong play even with this weak hitting offense of the "Not So Bronx Bomber" team although there are certain trends I cannot ignore. The White Sox are 12-30 last 42 when their opponent scores less than 2 runs in the previous game White Sox are 4-9 the last 13 games against a left hander Yankees are 44-16 the last 60 when losing the first 2 games of a series. I believe the Yankees avoid the sweep tonight against what may be the worst team in the AL Detroit/Cleveland OVER 8 -115 Although both pitchers are decent, Fister isn't exactly the ace of the staff and Salazar has most of his experience at the Triple A level, he has never faced a line-up like the Tigers. The wind will be blowing out although there is a 60% chance of rain. The offenses get cooking tonight and I look for this game to go over the total and we will be cashing the ticket. Working at a sports book helps me confirm my picks although it sometimes doesn't allow me to post. I am sorry about that.
