created a topic October 30, 2012 in NBA Betting Hey guys, The first couple weeks of the season are always tough with little information to go on so keep your bets a little smaller. I wont be posting the "strength" of each play or how many units I am betting, because any play I post on here is a play I like. If I don't like the board at all on a given day, I just wont post a play. The units you bet are up to you according to how you feel about the play and what you can afford. Lets get started. created a topic OKC -3 First Half in NBA Betting I like the Thunder in the first half. They know they cant get behind early, it hasnt worked for them, and you cant play this team from behind. I could see them up 5 at the half, and it might get dead close at the end. The full game spread isnt bad, but I feel a good start in the first half is a better bet. First Q bet isnnt too bad either. Tebow is far from being a starting quarter back, and Detroit's defense is waiting to feast on this terrible team after 2 hard losses. Matt Stafford is ten times better and he has the best receiver in the game to feed. Yea their run game is slowed tremendously with Best out, but it doesnt quite equate to Denver covering the 3. Fiorentina definitely should have won that match, and I do respect them as a team, but they have always been terrible on the road and napoli have shown they can beat anyone anytime at home. So the move is still a little weird, especially seeing how lat napoli came out. The chievo game was very understandable as everyone was out of the lineup. As for todays game, it still makes no sense. Maggio is still out and hes a big loss i know, but with the three tenors and others it shouldt be a huge problem against a terrible villareal squad this season. The comment you made about the mafia is what i was kind of referring to. Im not sure if youve read "The Fix" but it outlines all the ridiciulous fixing in soccer, although it usually happens in the lower leagues of singapore and such places. Hey bubba, there some weird stuff happenign with Napoli lines moving/ Last week, They were favoured 1.72 at home to Fiorentina, and then like 30 mins before the gam they jumped to 1.9. Why would so many people back a weak road fiorentina side agaisnt napoli, who is a great team and great at home. Then today, against Villareal, last night I saw them at 1.66, and now theyre all the way up to 1.83. Why are people fading Napoli, especially at home agaisnt weaker clubs? Doesnt make any sense. They did well, but although a lot of people had Boston going to the East finals I dismissed that nonsense a while ago. How are 3 mid 30 year olds going to beat a team like Miami, or the Bulls. Im just saying that the Celtics were a perfect opponent for the Heat. New 3 vs old 3, and an ailing Rondo near the end didnt help. Anyways, it so tough to say who wins that series, but Chicago has just been consistent all year and D-Rose is a beast. Role players for Miami will have to step up to win. The same can be said for Chicago, because Rose cant win it on his own, but I think Boozer steps up big, and the bench defense for the Bulls will be great all series. Bibby needs to be huge as well. I can understand you thinking theyll win the series, but to say that its gonna be your biggest pet is pretty absurd. Boston sucks, so the fact they beat them means nothing. Bulls coasted through the first two rounds and still owned in a bunch of games, when it really mattered. I dont know, but I see a game 7 win for the Bulls, with each team stealing one game on the others court.
