created a topic New to "Middling", Need some advice here in NBA Betting Early this morning, I took LAC/SAC o196 and placed a 1u bet. Now, I see the total is 200. I could bet the under and have a 5 point middle in which I win both. Quick questions: - Approximately how much is each .5 point worth in an NBA Total when it comes to middling? Is there anyway I can figure out the EV of this bet? - Secondly, if I already have a wager placed on o196, doesn't this make my original wager a +EV bet, based on the current total of 200?
