replied to I have $4000 on the MAVs ML in NBA Betting By distractions with holiday shopping, my line of thinking goes like this: Say Dallas is playing this game AT Dallas where they flew home this morning and stayed with their family and looking at the schedule they are off until Dec 27 which is their next game, they are MORE LIKELY to be distracted with family stuff, holiday shopping, kids, etc. However, since they are staying on the road, better team bonding, less distractions, which in my view makes Dallas a STRONGER bet. The reverse can be said for Orlando, poor team chemistry atm, no practice time, back at home, more distractions. I think Dallas wins this game, and with a practice or two, you will see a more spirited effort from Orlando when they played the Spurs. created a topic I have $4000 on the MAVs ML in NBA Betting Right or wrong, I am not going to regret it. Only thing I am slightly worried about: Mavs don't play again until Dec 27. Could their minds be pre-occupied right now? I say no, since they are on the road where there are less distractions with holiday shopping and what not and lets not forget the Mavs spent a good half a month AT HOME while never playing back to back games. They are fresh while Orlando has been on a long road trip and to go with this trade, I can't see any other reason not to bet the Mavs. BOL.
