replied to Kansas vs Villanova—- Not So Fast in College Basketball I use this site quite often for insight on game and for the sheer intertainment factor. That being said I will not use this for insight on game as there is (after reading this thread) a lot of inaccuracy here. Some people post stuff THAT IS INACCURATE. First, Kansas has not had a 10 year absence from the Final Four, they lost in the championship game against Kentucky in 2012. Second Kansas does not have a freshman that logs any significant time. If you are speaking of DeSousa, he does not start but has been playing more significant time lately but did not join the team until December. I grew up in Lawrence and follow KU Bball closely so this makes me wonde how many other inaccuracies exist here. Also, irritates me to no end the people that can't get THERE, THEIR and THEY'RE correct! He is going over THERE, THEY'RE the best team, That is THEIR home court. replied to Friday Baskets in College Basketball I am a Jayhowk and appreciate the respect but I've been saying all year that we are not that good! But, this is the kind of year they might just do something stupid...like make it to the Final Four. This is the weakest team we have had in awhile in terms of size and depth. On that note it was sad to see Oklahoma fade so badly this year, i like Krueger as a coach and Trae Young seems like a great kid. I hope he comes back but I think he will be a good NBA PG. created a topic PURDUE in College Basketball I was looking hard at taking Purdue simply because they haven't been blowing teams out as you would think a 2 seed shoud. CS was down by 13 in the second half of the Big West Conf tournament, to UCDavis...Down by 13 to UCD converts to a huge deficit to a good B10 team.
