LSU avg margin of defeat on the road is 7 pts. That is with a 12 pt victory over Florida. I need to think this one through a little bit more I guess. K - State will score over 70 tonight, they have in each of the last 10. Nebraska can not put up enough points to keep it even close. We have found out they have great coaching and can win the close games but what marrits a 9.5 line?? Detroit has only lost one game by more than 9 pts in there last 10 games and they only lost it by 10 pts. Look for another Horizon League close one. Conf leader Butler only has a 10 pt margin of victory. Penn St. vs Mich St. Penn St. struggling for offense of late, season average is 66.5 they have not hit this in but one of there last 9 games. Mich st. does not win if they give up more thatn 62 pts. Look for IZZY to preach defense in this one. Mich St. wins big but 15.5 is a lot of pts. Auburn vs Tenn Tenn has been held under 80 pts at home once this season, that was against an Ohio St. team that only give sup 60 pts a games (Tenn got to 74). They have averaged over 20 pts better than the opposing teams defensive average all season. Auburn has given up 77 per game in last 5. I see Tenn reaching 90 Easy which means all Auburn has to do is get to 66, which they have done 7 of last 10 and Tenn has given up over 65 in 8 of last ten. Butler vs Ill-Chicago Ill-Chi has scored over 75 in each of its last 5 home games. Butler has scored an average of 70 in each of its last 5 road games. This one goes down to the wire. We have found out they have great coaching and can win the close games but what marrits a 9.5 line?? created a topic 2/19 - 6 Picks Help talk me out of 2 of them! in College Basketball Have been winning big, so the oppisite of these might be the best picks tonight. 6 games on the slate - Will probably only bet 3 to 4 of them, need one of you to talk me out of two of these! CLEMSON vs FSU Clemson has not won 3 games in a row since Dec 21st. Hard task to do in the ACC. Clemson is finishing the season with an amazing 6 out of 9 games on the road only loss so far is to North Carolina in there first 4 games. They will not lose more than 2 of these 6 road games. FSU has now lost 3 in a row at home... I like this game to be close for awhile but clemson to pull away at the end because of better focus. Baylor is a team on the way down and with its schedule could loss 4 of its next 6 putting them out of the Dance. Lots of pressure on Baylor to turn this thing back around!
