The irony is Madden schooled McClendon.a Showed him what a real manager does. For me this easily the worst managerial move I've seen this season.
There is no logical baseball explanation for removing Iwakuma. |

Love the freshmen QB at FSU, kid is a stud. I'm not ready to crown him just yet though. He'll have to earn it to get my money in this situation.
I look at Winston's young career and the simple truth is he hasn't been tested yet, particularly on the road. Clemson is an experienced battle tested team. They defeated LSU in their bowl game last season, then kicked off this year with a win over a healthy Georgia on their home field. To me that means more then a couple blow wins by a freshmen QB against middle of the road opponents. Clemson is taking heat because of a lack luster performance against BC last week, and for some perhaps it was a sign of things to come. I believe Clemson will bounce back and that last week was a look ahead spot. Huge over reaction against Clemson here. Clemson still beat BC by 10, BC kept it competitive in their game with FSU. I just don't see the justification for backing FSU as a favorite on the road. Clemson +3.5 GL gents

Whats up guys? Question...
1.) What is the explanation for the INT not being reviewed? Did O'Leary have the option to challenge? 2.) I was under the impression that a catch made in which the player goes to the ground possession must be maintained throughout. It appeared Louisville played lost possession on the ground. 3.) The fumble hit the pile-on which is out of bounds and results in a touchback. Officials spot it on the 2 yard line. Very questionable start to this game for this officiating crew. Perhaps the AAC wants to push Louisville over the top for a big time bowl game. |

I understand your opinion. But the PAC 12 is legit. I really believe they're easily the deepest conference in ncaa. Oregon is right there with Bama and besides UGA I really dont see that much separation from the SEC and the rest of ncaa.
I believe the trend is over. we have gotten so used to sec dominance i think if you look right now there is only 1 powerhouse Bama the rest are beatable by top ACC, Big 10, and PAC 12 squads. this bowl season i expect pac 12 to do real well.

I have to ask you why USC. I respect your west coast knowledge. Very curious why you like them in this spot.

I will give one very simple point Wisco was a 6 point dog at ASU why is USC only 3.5, I have this spread at 6.5 to 7. Sometimes the books get the best of me with sharp numbers but i feel like this is a major over sight. It's just not a premier game on the card and there is a nice spot here ASU.

Pac 12 has been wonderful for me this season. I haven't been posting but i wont bullshit. I'm down on the season but I haven't lost a bet in the Pac12 yet. I honestly believe the Pac 12 is the deepest and strongest conference in the nation. SEC is top heavy and the after the top 4 or 5 there is pure mediocrity.
I really like ASU -3.5 tonight.

OLE MISS -3 (-110) 55/50 Ole Miss treated me very well last season as a solid team that played under the radar in the lesser followed games of the SEC considering the high profile teams in the conference. Coming into this game all the talk is Ole Miss and with good reason as they return key starters and add a top 5 recruiting class however Vandy should not be overlooked. Vandy has beaten Ole Miss 3 straight in this series and has quietly improved over the past two seasons while failing to accumulate some of the hype Ole Miss has this season. Vandy could be playing with a chip on their shoulder if they hadn't had so much success against Ole Miss over the last 3 seasons. I think Ole Miss comes in with more to prove and greater talent. Bo Wallace will need to minimize his interceptions as he had 22 TD to 17 INT last season. Both teams have shown improvement and I understand people that play Vandy at plus points at home, however I think Ole Miss improvements are more impactful and will allow them to over come Vandy. Good Luck.

I'm still fuming over that bottom of the sixth. Is anyone watching the game that can provide further insight as to why Bourn was attempting to steal third with 1 out on a 3-0 count with the Tribes best hitter at the plate?
I have to much respect for Francona and can't believe he called a double steal in that spot. If he did wow amateur hour is all i can say.

One point pf contention... the year Tom Brady was injured the Pats went 11-5 and lost the division to the Dolphins and failed to make the playoffs. That being said Matt Cassel looked great that year and earned himself a nice contract and a starting job for the chiefs and we all know how that turned our for Cassel. But I do agree that there are many QB's that could've had similar success in the situation that Brady found himself in. However Brady delivered championships and deserves credit for that. I think it's been proven however that Manning is on a different level than Brady. If Manning was on the Pats they might have had 5 or 6 right now. The real credit to this Pats team is Belicheck and anyone that understands football acknowledges this point. |
