Brady The Myth and The Reality

Well we start another year with the Media's number one pet Tom Brady,  or as i call him Regular season Tom , who only beats up on all the STINK in the league and there is plenty of that .

But this year will be different cause every INT  Tommy throws this year will be the receivers fault , and the building blocks for all the excuses are already being constructed and formulated by the Big Cry Baby himself,  Number 12 .

For the media,  Brady says only good and very Vanilla things about his team.

 But Brady's a phony and his body language and actions tell a different story ,  he  plays to the camera's and to the media in games and  practice , he  threw two picks in practice yesterday and was observed pointing fingers and pouting , it's being reported like poor Tommy. 

The truth is this guy is the biggest Fraud perpetrated by the media in the history of sports , they put him in the hall of fame 8 years ago,  now they can't go back on that , they have to keep telling us how great he is .

Brady has benefited by playing on a very good team , a better coached and prepared team,  in the Stinkiest Division in football,  for years .

 The fact that the playoff structure in the NFL( in the pats case) requires only 2 home wins to be in the super bowl , its just not that tough  when you really think about it . 

Its not a big deal when you play in the AFC east and you win the Division every year . and i contend the patriots would win this division with any other QB in the league .

I also contend that Brady is the reason that the patriots  have only won 3 super bowls  rather than 8 , when you consider the easy road to the super bowl they have every year .

Oh by the way,  we are all so fortunate , Tom informed us he wants to play past 40, and the fact that he  throws the ball 0- 10 yds 90 % of the time and never gets touched,  we could be watching this CRAP for years to come. 

Try to block out the media's brainwashing about how great he is and look at the facts

you can selectively filter any qbs stats to say whatever you want.

elway was 2 for 5 in superbowls, including three embarrasments.

if you want to highlight playoff failures, peyton manning is the king, amd we dont have to look any further than last season when he threw a pick in overtime, but was it his fault that his defense gave up a hailmary to tie the game?

how about aaron rodgers losing a home playoff game by 17 to the giants, coming off a 15-1, stat padding regular season? he made some bad throws that game, but his recievers couldnt catch and the defense gave up some terrible touchdowns.

at the end of the day, football is a team game and all quarterbacks get too much credit for winning and too much blame for losing.

You might be the dumbest fuckk that has ever formed an opinion on this site. Brady is top 5 of all time and has won with less talent around him than any QB in the history of the game.

That cold hard football facts was an old piece done after the loss to the Giants ,

 it doesn't take in account Hall of Fame Tommy's Suck behind performance and 62.3 rating ,  and 13 point effort in last years championship game with the Ravens .

Yet despite years of being the worse QB in the post season Brady gets a free ride. 

The Media should learn from this not to put someone in the Hall of Fame and label him the greatest of all time after his 4th year ,this Fraud  plans to play into his 40's so he says, are they counting on people developing alzheimer's 

The Brady Myth continues here in New England ,the fans here are basically johnny come lately Pink hats they didn't support this franchise and almost lost it to St Louis  in the 90's 

This whole New England Region , the Media along with the  fan base,  has to be the Dumbest in the country when it comes to football.  

You can't turn on a Radio station in Boston and hear a discussion on college football by either the host or the callers , they know nothing its just brady brady brady a bunch of dopes .

Whats funny is there is a perception  here and other places that the Pats  just  keep winning .

well i have news for all you people they haven't won anything for a long time , and the only reason they pop up in the post season every year is because they are in the cesspool of the AFC East.

Kind of harsh on Brady, imo. Even though the Dolphins, Jets and Bills had poor season records, the Dolphins still had the 8th best overall defense in the league and the Jets had the 2nd best passing defense and the Bills had the 9th best passing defense in the league last year. The Patriots had a running by committee backfield and the defense was giving up over 400 yds/21 pts per game not to mention a patchwork offensive line. So, actually, I give Brady a lot of credit for his achievements last year in what was, by far, the least talented team that he's played for as a starter. This year, I expect the defense to be much more talented and I think the Patriots will make huge improvements in Time of Possession from a year ago. Brady is one of the few QB's in the league that can be successful with plugging in just about anyone in the WR position. He's played with more WR's than any other QB in the league over the last 5 seasons and his numbers haven't diminished which, in itself, is remarkable.

I don't base a QB performance  on a win or a loss or super bowl wins , its a team game , and i can evaluate a QB performance regardless of the outcome 

 Brady  has won 3  SB is just stupid talk Vinateri kicked a 48 yd field goal in a snow storm and the defense scored 17 points in the final game 
 
.The second super bowl the great Jake Delehome actually outplayed Brady 

This is what i mean everyone wants to equate these super bowls with greatness , then we have a stiff like Jake Delehome who outplayed Brady but lost .

The point is the Super bowl is just another game ,you don;t have to be great to play in one or win one 

Everyone just can't watch these games and except them for what they are,  they are ,just another game , against the same players and teams  we see all year  . there is nothing great about it .

,Why do we  have to make players great  that play in the super bowl  .this is what the NFL and media who market this want you to believe its really nothing special .

I kind of agree. He is definetly living on past laurels. He has lost whatever mystique he had. Would rather have joe flacco if i had to win a road playoff game. No post spygate championships.

Tom Brady is most likely he most over rated athlete in sports history. I'm in the process of writing a massive piece for my writing portfolio.

I'm not a hater, but if you actually did some in depth research yourselves, you'd realize that Tom Brady isn't as great as the media leads you to believe.

I'm not going to go too deep into detail, but here are a few things to get this fuelled.

First, I'll start by saying Belichik has a great system, and Brady is merely a system QB.

- year in, year out, he plays in by far the worst division in football

- 0 championships post spy-gate

- all 3 championship teams had top calibre defences 

- no other team in the league has their starting QB playing in the 4th quarter up 30+ points still throwing passing plays at a substantially high rate

- they play the Bills, Dolphins, and Jets 2 times a year

- Matt Cassell who hadn't thrown a pass since high school came off the bench and finished with a 11-5 record that year as a top 5 starting QB. Ask the Cheifs how that's working out

- one of the greatest kickers of all time had to hit clutch last second field goals to win 2/3 championships

- since spy-gate, Brady hasn't really outplayed any of the QB's he's faced in the post season. He was outplayed by such QB's as Jake Plummer, Joe Flacco, and Mark Sanchez

I could go on forever, and I'll certainly be posting portions of my paper. Please people, don't bash, if you think I'm wrong, then provide facts that would negate what I said, facts that prove this isn't true. The reality is, or you actually look below the surface, you'll find the real facts, the facts that clearly indicate we are witnessing the most over rated athlete in sports history. Enough Manning vs Brady debate, it shouldn't even exist. Brady misses a season the Patriots go 11-5, Manning misses a season and the Colts get the number 1 pick. That's just one of many fats to back that up.

People ask  me why do i hate Brady ? the reason i can't stand him is      he's such a phony ,  and he has most people fooled .

Give you an example this is Tom Brady  December 2010 standing on the sidelines in Chicago  An intense looking Brady  with the camera's on him up 36-0 in the 4th Quarter Screaming at the his defense  to hold , it's for all  TV land to see . what a leader 

1 Month later  Divisional playoffs January 2011 Foxboro Tom Brady  vs the Jets , a team he beat 45-3 one week  before the Chicago blowout ,  but on this day it means something , and Mark Sanchez is outplaying  Brady 

 The camera shows Brady 3rd quarter on bench  down two scores but with lots of time , But Brady has his head down , cause on this day he was meek mild Tom , cause he's just a Fraud and he  knows it .

 I could only think back to a month before  in that Blowout game with the Bears when it meant nothing,  and there was   Brady acting like an idiot playing the Intense Tom thing for the camera's

This is why i can't stand him ,  i can see right threw his phony act .

If Eli doesn't convert a 4th-and-20 (or whatever it was) in the Super Bowl, Brady is part of the greatest team ever/perfection.

If Brady converts a pass to Woodhead in the Patriots last Super Bowl (and Woodhead got his hands on the football), the Patriots probably win that Super Bowl.

Is anybody praising the Patriots defense?  No.

But...let's spend time on a wagering board bashing Tom Brady.  Well done.

As for being in the easiest division, what do you want the Patriots to do, that's the division they play in, and they're favored by 7+ and double digits often.

If the Raiders don't get ripped off with the worst call in sports history, the Patriots don't win the first SB to get things rolling.

If Vinatieri doesn't hit clutch last second field goals, they don't win those SB's.

The difference here are these are hypothetical ifs and buts, what I've stated here and in other threads in the past are facts.

No, what I'd like them to do is beat the good teams when they play them. Go back and look at all Brady's seasons, he has an amazing record against garbage teams, and I'd bet his record against the good/elite teams is below .500. I know that it's not very good at all, but I don't have any exact numbers.

no team has a great record against good teams

how about romo and the boys regularly lose to bad teams and beat good teamsand romo is a true choke artist artist in the biggest games u can pick apart almost any qb

It was not a 4th down but a 3rd down and the reason Eli was in position to win that game.................................was Tom Brady offense scoring fewer points then any SB winning team since the the 16 game schedule began in 1978.

The Giants scored the fewest points ever for a SB winner since 1978, they could do that because of Tom Brady, Brady put the Giants in position to win both those SB'S with his extremely poor play.

 



But...let's spend time on a wagering board bashing Tom Brady.  Well done.

Don't care..... all I know is he and NE cover most regular season games, and then always bet the ML on their playoff opponent for a nice payout!
