As a diehard Bulls fan and Chicago native. Spirits are crushed and the Bulls were done when they lost b2b against the Knicks.
Zero chance they get in, and Miami is a good team. I see Miami rolling big. |

I think a lot of you have it all wrong... You're looking at a spread of ~21-22 and trying to come up with a definitive answer. Problem is that's not going to happen... The spread is simply waaay too high to play.
That said, you're better off taking TT under for Philly. With the fg o/u ~213, Philly's projection is around 92 points for the game. Also, Philly has only scored over 100 on the second game of a b2b TWICE all season. This is a perfect game for Golden State to finally get their defensive identity back... The Warriors really haven't played good defense for 4 straight quarters in nearly a month, and now that Kerr actually called out the team I expect GS to hunker down and limit Philly offensively. Philly TTUNDER 51 1H Philly TTUNDER 101.5 FG LARGE |

The Bulls are trash. It's your own fault for putting money on this team... Especially when they got spanked by this same team 3 weeks ago.

Wisconsin was always in that game... 8 minutes left in the half, down 12 and with only 2 FGM.
What a disappointment for Pitt, but if people were looking at the numbers they would have seen Wisconsin was always in that game. |

Yesterday: 3-1, PP 1-0 +150 Week: 5-3, PP 2-0 +520 A positive day yesterday, especially with the Pelicans +150 ML winner... Just to let you know, the Parlay Plays are only going to be underdogs that I believe in. And what I post is exactly what I play. So I'm not going to post anything because I feel like I have to. Don't expect plays every day, only what I'm taking and what I think I can capitalize on. Simple as that. That said, here we go... Charlotte/Miami 1H UNDER 106 Charlotte played their ass off last night, and they're finally in a matchup with plenty of playoff seeding at stake. I expect a solid defensive effort from both teams here, should be a battle. Chicago 1H -3.5 Chicago has been struggling with their identity all season, not to mention injuries to key players all year long... They straight up got killed last night in DC and I expect them to come out with at least a little spark. First half bet against the (no pick) lottery Nets is a safe play. Milwaukee 1H -6 Memphis played surprisingly well last night and I don't expect their luck to play over in this one. Although Milwaukee isn't much better, they're simply healthier. Giannis playing very well, and with their offensive ability on any given night... I think the Bucks role early.

Day 1 Results: 2-2, PP +370 Dallas/Cleveland UNDER 209.5 The Cavs return home after an embarrassing effort in Utah and I expect them to come focused and ready to play. The Mavs have been decent as of late but I would put money on Cleveland's defense more than any other wager tonight. I'm expecting a tough/slow paced game for Dallas. Charlotte 1H -5.5 We took this same bet on Monday against Dallas and got torched. This time they're going against a young (but competitive) Orlando team that struggled to close out a home return victory against an even lesser Denver squad. I love going against teams in the first half on a b2b, and I expect Charlotte to learn a thing or two from Monday's disappointment. 8pt TEASER: CLE -1.5, ATL +8, LAC +11.5 (-110) I'm a big teaser guy but try to play very smart. This one was easy for me, and I think all three of these are capable of winning straight up. Cavs should cover 2. Atlanta @ Detroit should be a very close game (Detroit 43pt loss against Washington... Washington). The Clippers come to play every single night, and +11 points against a Houston team (that has no identity whatsoever) is too many points to pass on. PARLAY PLAY (PP) New Orleans +150 Won BIG on that Chicago +375 straight up winner on Monday, and I like the Pelicans to sweep the season series against the Kings tonight. Even with injuries to New Orleans, these teams are equally talented. Sacramento was up 21 in the 1Q against the Lakers last night to only win the game by 8... I'm taking a rested Pelicans coming off a blowout loss at GS against a b2b Kings team for the sweep.

You are correct. 8 straight, still doesn't discredit my post. +9 is an awful lot to cover when this current Raptors team hasn't defeated them ever. Raptors should win this game, but the Bulls certainly play well against good teams. Butler is in and if Rose is 100% then this game will be close.

So I have been on a pretty nice streak these past couple weeks, and am a daily lurker to the community... Finally having the balls to post my plays starting today. Okay, here we go! My favorite time of the year is upon us... We have a pretty good sense of what every team is capable of and how they respond to adversity. Now that there are less than 20 games to go, this is where we capitalize. Enough talk, from here on out I will be posting my plays (daily), with my record (starting today) and perhaps a little insight for why I picked them. This will never be too detailed as, like I mentioned, appreciate and consider everyone's input in here which also can persuade my plays.
Duffman's Day 1 Plays (0-0) Chicago +9 People really don't understand Jimmy's impact on the defense side of the ball for the Bulls. Without him they have ZERO identity. Chicago has SU beaten Toronto the past 13 meetings, and I don't expect this game to be a blowout. Charlote 1H -3.5 Don't want to think too much about this one. Charlotte is hot right now, and I love them at home. I expect them to get off to a great start, but Mavs should keep this closer to the end of the game. Taking the better team in the first half -3.5. Memphis/Houston UNDER 209.5 Memphis is a shell right now. With Conley out this team really doesn't have much talent. And on the other side of the ball is a team that is the epitome of team that really could care less on any given night. I love betting against the Rockets, and I fully expect this game to straight up suck. If the Grizz score more than 90 I'd be impressed. I'll take two bad teams with a fairly large point total, under all the way. Parlay Play (PP) Chicago +370
These PP's are going to be a rarity, but may be the most fun... History could very well repeat itself, as Chicago likes to play wayyy up to better teams in the league (see @ SAS last Thursday?). Jimmy is back, and I expect the spread to drop further closer to game time. Chicago ML +370 is too good not to play for those that like the small wager parlays. Playing this one as well, but very small. |

I wouldn't put money on the Lakers for your reason of Orland being 'mediocre at best'. The Magic are easily the best "young" team in the league (other than Portland), and can beat anyone on any given night. They've played very well against the Warriors in 5/8 quarters this year. The Magic are a very solid, young squad. I don't think you've watched enough of them this year. They've competed in virtually every single game this year.
With that said I do think the Lakers are capable of pulling one out tonight for your reason that they played their asses off last night against the champs. I guess we will see if the conspiracy theorists are right when the Warriors got smoked by the Lakers on Sunday... Lakers still have 13 wins, got smoked by 29 against ATL on Friday and haven't won back-to-back games all year. Tough call to make for still a bad team, but good luck!! |
