created a topic Anyone from New Jersey... in General Discussion Big Sabres fan here, going to the Sabres/Devils game Sunday April 11. Anyways I'm from Long Island, formerly of Boston and Buffalo, but never been to Jersey. Planning on heading over Saturday 10th and staying the night somewhere around the Prudential Center. (9)Northern Iowa took (1)Kansas straight up. (13)Murray St. took (4)Vanderbilt straight up. (12)Cornell took (5)Temple straight up. (11)Washington took (6)Marquette straight up. All dogs won outright there, any team can show up and play. That's my reasoning for Gonzaga to cover the 6.5 today and maybe even take Syracuse outright. replied to Parking Ticket in another city out of state in General Discussion I see what VaughnK is saying, but what he doesn't consider is the fact that the wheels turn VERY slowly when it comes to police, court, dmv, and all that government related BS. As I said in my example back at the beginning of this thread, a similar thing happened to my girl and it took nearly 5 years for her to ever hear about it. My girlfriend got a ticket for some stupid moving violation in Vermont (We live in NY) about 4 years ago. It was a $75 ticket and she said fuck it I'll never be back here anyways and threw it out. This past fall we got a letter from a collection agency saying we owe $200 to Vermont Motor Vehicles. We paid it right away but American Express ended up cutting our credit limit in half due to a "major delinquency." So in short, pay it or it'll bite you in the ass somewhere down the line.
