MLB All Star Game = 7.44 million viewers That was a 6% increase from 2023.

NBA All Star Game = 4.7 million viewers. This was the second-lowest viewership in the event's history. This was a 13% decrease from the previous year!!!

Poor Product by Today’s standard?

If you compare it to the NBA it’s greatest show on earth right now

ESPN is the NBA network 

And no one watches either one.

It all depends on health with that team.

If they stay healthy, they could win the AL

If they don’t they’ll finish 4th in the Central 

Our Youth Baseball Programs and Travel teams are so packed that My Son’s 10 Year Old Team had to fill 2 travel programs in a very small town. Never seen this before.

• According to the raw numbers Baseball youth participation increased to 16.7 million in 2023, the highest level since 2008.
• The numbers went even Higher in 2024, probably this year too.
• Baseball and softball combined participation increased by 7.6%, which was higher than basketball (5.6%) and football (3.6%). 

Have any other Baseball fans completely given up on the NBA like me?

I used to watch the NBA religiously in the 80’s, 90’s, and early 2000’s - but haven’t watch :01 second of that Crap in over 20 Years. 

It really sucks because I used to love having something to watch for 2 months before MLB started. Not anymore.

The NBA isn’t even BAD, it’s literally the most AWFUL product in all of sports.

In fact I think MLB viewership and interest will absolutely CRUSH the NBA this year.

Im especially seeing it at the Youth Level, in the Suburbs Baseball is NOW the FASTEST growing Sport in America 

Hispanic immigration will only continue to increase that number as well.

Baseball can’t start soon enough!!!

I like Detroit’s pitching better, and the Twins have way too many injury prone players in the middle of that lineup with Buxton, Lewis, and Correa.

Having said that, if they can stay healthy, they can Win the division and easily top that win total.

Between the Lions, the Tigers and the Wolverines, the state of Michigan has a lot to look forward to.

I know the Pistons suck, but so does the NBA! No one watches it anyway!

Even if they don’t land Bregman, this team is flying under the radar. Great Starting Rotation and Bullpen with a SHIT TON of young talent. And they just made an offer of $185 Million for Bregman. Either way, this team wins 85 games or more.

 Anything has to be better than the TV product. I HATE this time of year between NFL and the start of MLB because the NBA is completely unwatchable.

The current NBA is Seriously the WORST “sports” product I’ve ever seen.

Olympic Curling is more exciting and competitive than this.

The only people I see watching it today random teenagers here and there who don’t know any better, because they never watched real basketball in the 80’s, 90’s and early 2000’s
