created a topic going Over the total tonight in MLB Betting I see the Pirates/Mets game tonight going Over 7.5 runs. The Pirates have had their last 8 games go over the posted total, but thats not the reason I am picking this total over tonight. If you look up the DIPS (defensive independent pitching era) for the two pitchers here , both are near the bottom among all NL starters. I think the Mets get to Locke early tonight, and Dillon Gee has pitched well against the Pirates before but he seems to be losing velocity on his fastball and he has allowed four or more runs in four of six starts this year.
