replied to The Seminoles of Florida will annihilate the Ducks of Oregon in College Football This will be an easy two touchdown victory for the Ducks. Sure, earlier in the year Oregon did struggle against a few teams, but that was because they where very banged up on the offensive line, and Mariaota was hurt and the coach's didn't want him to run. It was a different story towards the end of the season when everyone got healthy the blew everyone out and made Arizona look like a high school team in the Pac 12 Championship game. The ducks will struggle stopping FSU's passing game especially with the injuries in their defensive back field, but big plays by Oregon's dominating speed will be too much for FSU's big slow defense. created a topic Ducks vs Beavers in College Football Will the weather make a difference today? Is it going to slow down the Ducks, it seemed to last weekend when they lost to Stanford. The way I see it, Beavers create some match up problems for the Ducks, much like Stanford. It is going to be a close game, I like the 10.5 points. replied to Ducks/Beavers. in College Football Bettors should remember that the ducks knocked the Beavers out of the Rose Bowl the last two years. The Ducks do not play well on the road, they struggled against many inept teams (Cougars)and the Beavers are just as good as any team in the Pac Ten. The Beavers play good at home score more points and allow fewer. I think this is an easy one, Beavers cover the 16.5 points. Also, Ducks have a loosing record against the spread. created a topic Ducks vs Beavers in College Football Come on people! Does anyone have an opinion on this game? This has the potential to be one of the best games of the year. The Beavers at home playing the number one team in the country, could it happen? Can history repeat itself? The 1967 Beavers hosted USC the number one team in the nation at the time and the Beavers pulled off the upset. That team earned the name"Giant Slayers" for their monumental victory. If the Beavers come out strong with a good passing attack I look for the upset. They are also going to get a big push from the crowd that will be pumped up from the boys on "Gameday" A little sweet revenge from being knocked out of the Rose Bowl two years ago is added motivation.
