First of all, I like Heritage a whole bunch.  Never really any problems to speak of and fast dependable payouts.

Today I contacted Heritage to get a name to send a money transfer to.  The rep, George, gives me a name spelling every name out.  I spell it back to him and he confirms I have it right.  An hour later, I check my account and still no money.  I called and they tell me there was a problem with the spelling of 2 of the 3 names.  What?  I explain that I spelled it back to George as I always do.  I ask for a manager and I get Gabe.  Gabe places the blame on me but says he will listen to the call.  He also said no one called me because they were too busy.  I explain the game starts in 15 minutes, I am heading back to the transfer place and want it processed ASAP.  He said it has to be placed in order but if they screwed up, accounting will give me a free play prior to the game.  I corrected the info and then started to chat with Alex.  Alex said Gabe listened to the call and there was no error.  He said Gabe would send me a copy of the call.  I then called Gabe.  I am told that he stepped out and will be back in 15 minutes.  I ask for another manager.  Gabe then is miraciously back.  She tries to put me on hold but screws it up.  I then hear my voice on the call that Gabe is just now listening to.  After about 2 minutes, he gets on the phone and says they made a mistake and put a $50 free play on my account. I said that wasn't worth my time and inconvenience as I missed the start of the game and the under 28 for the 1st half.  I asked who his boss was and he said he was the owner.  I question him on that and he starts backtracking.  He starts off having Alex lie for him because he didn't listen to the call as promised.  He then lies saying he is the owner.  Gabe is a complete pompous jerk and he has now lost my business.

I can totally relate to your Walmart experience. I've been questioned before by cashiers, but thankfully nothing quite as bad as you. I just hate the questions, and feeling like a criminal. Once trying to send money by Western Union, I had the rep asking meall kinds of questions. Like a description of the person, how I know them, etc...And don't even try sending money online through MG or WU. EVEN WORSE. Of course I used to send money all of the time, and would have a huge list of different names on the computer I have sent to. Like I know that many people in the Philippines. That's why I hate sending money.

I think I'm done with BM, but just concerned about this money. I've been researching some stuff online, and I fear that shit might be about to hit the fan.

Yeah I just discovered Heritage, and they seem awesome. I'm just worried about this $3000 right now.

 I've been wagering on sports online for 13 years, and have been a loyal Bookmaker customer for about 6 years. Probably the best sportsbook I've ever been associated with. I've never had any problems with payouts with them, that's why this whole situation I'm currently in has really thrown me.

I requested a payout on 10/13 for check byFedEx for $3000, and received it on 10/20. I chose this method because of the amount I wanted to take out, and the last time I ever requested a payout by check, there was never an issue, so it didn't cross my mind. I would always use WU and MG, as well as bank wire. Anyways I chose this method, and wish to God I hadn't. I deposited the check on 10/21 into a new bank account. I was told there would be a hold until 11/1, perfectly fine. I was then told by my bank on 10/28, that the check was showing as being fraudulent. The check looked questionable, which made me nervous to begin with. The branch manager said he tried googling the bank, and a sex website popped up. And of course he asks if I can give him additional info about where the check came from, which I of course cannot.

 I have tried contacting Bookmaker on a daily basis since 10/28, and I'm being told it's a processor issue. On 10/31, the processor emailed Bookmaker, saying to wait for an update. And today, the processor told Bookmaker that the check cleared on 10/24. The money shows in my bank account, but there's a hold on it from the bank. What a mess! And I really don't know how to proceed. Any insights anyone could give would be greatly appreciated.
