created a topic WARNING: 5DIMES AND CIETBET USER! in NBA Betting Hi guys, I'm here to warn you guys about 5dimes n vietbet sportsbook. I included both because they are the same sportsbook. I've been with them for the past 5 years and I had no problem until last week. Long story short, I was trying to make a deposite just like any other time through money gram. But this time the receiver's name they gave me was on the black list and my deposite didn't go through. Money gram was trying to give me a hard time about asking the receiver to contact them so they could refund my money back, unfortunately vietbet don't have an actual receiver so money gram wouldn't refund me my money even though I have my ID and receipt. I told vietbet what happened and their rep. Confirmed my story was true. Then their manager called me and told me there is nothing that they could do for me. They don't even bother to try to solve the problem with me. They just told me take it as a lost, wtf lol. Not even try to credit the $150 into my account. I'm not gonna mention the number but I've lost a lot of money to them for he past few years and for just this little incident they wouldn't even give me any customer satisfaction.
