Illinois +6.5? Illinois can compete with pretty much anyone in country. Proved that at MSG beating Texas. Playing at a neutral facility? I'll bite and take the points!
Illini +6.5- they will be mad after a PSU loss at home roughly 10 days ago! |

There was value in Quinnipiac troll. If a line is 14.5 and they win by 12 last I checked that's a cover! |

Quinnipiac +14.5 PSU fan here! Finals week ended, no students will be at game, snow storm will prevent fans from showing up. Bryce Jordan Center will present essentially no home court advantage under these conditions. I expect a slow start from PSU and a 12 point victory. Value in the 14.5 IMO- good luck! |

Watch lots of B10 hoops and games are extremely predictable. This game means nothing to PSU and probably solidifies Maryland chances for touney. At this point Lions newt to focus on B10 tourney so won’t show up for senior day against the Terps! Maryland Large!!! |

After tough loss for Kentucky on Saturday, this is the perfect spot for a bad performance and letdown for final road game of regular season. This team can only be looking forward to SEC tournament so will most likely take this game off and set sights on Nashville. |

Horrible defensive performance once they went up 8- looked like they were in total control and then completely fell on their face! Lick my wounds |

Think this is the game where Iowa shows why they are the team to beat in the B10! Don’t think OSU has the studs to hang with Iowa at home. Iowa has let too many teams hang around as of late and this is where they turn the corner with an impressive 10 point win Iowa -5-5 |

Boston U has to travel outta state for the first time this year sporting a 1-5 record. Opponent is 5-1 Lafayette who has been pretty good since losing first game. Expecting a 9/10 point win in Easton. Lafayette -6.5 |

Purdue-3.5 PSU hasn’t played in 17 days and Purdue hasn’t lost at home- line has been coming down? Think it should be going the other way. PSU can struggle to score at times. Think Purdue uses home court to pull away late. |

This one seems too easy. Rutgers comes into this game after blowing a 10 point lead on the road at Ohio State and essentially getting run out of the gym in the second half. Purdue coming off a big win against Maryland by 3. Purdue has been less than impressive in their 2 true away games (ND win was at Indianapolis) losing both by 15 to IOWA and 4 at Miami. Nobody wants to be in Piscataway NJ in late December and the RAC has been a tough place to win (with or without fans) in the last 2 years. Rutgers ready to get back to winning ways and should play with some urgency tonight by beating a team in key conference matchup.
Rutgers -3 |

For whatever reason my 2 o’clock pick didn’t get posted! If that’s the case simply Illinois in a blowout win at 4PM Illinois -6 |

St John’s comes into this game losing their last 3 but are 4-1 at home. I believe This will be Georgetown’s first game outside of Washington DC this season. The Hoyas beat them by 3 in OT just a week ago. Revenge is a dish best served cold and I feel this St John’s team comes out with a sense of urgency. Johnnies -4.5 |

This game should be a complete mismatch. ND is extremely limited due to some key injuries and has just a handful of actual players to choose from- I believe they only had 7 or 8 guys in their 3 point win against Boston College. On the other hand, UNC has depth and talent and Inbelieve wins this one going a big. Generally hate to spot this many points but I think this game ends up a 20 point win. I’ll lay the double digits and hopefully the wood!
UNC -13

I’d never suggest betting your entire account on one game- especially on a road team in the B10 as I’ve seen crazier things happen. PSU has had some big wins at home in last couple years but this team is not very deep and at times really struggles to score. Stephens and Watkins could potentially keep them in it but I just think in the end huge disparity in talent and coaching.

This game is a complete mismatch of talent. PSU still without a signature win, winless in the B10 and most likely will not get it here. On the other hand, Sparty is well coached, has great talent, and I believe on a neutral floor is minimum of 12 points better- probably greater. PSU hasn’t been able to replace the loss of its PG from last year and continues to lack anyone who can consistently knock down a 3. They lost 2 of 3 best shooters from last year. Bryce Jordan Center not exactly an intimidating place to play and I look for Michigan State to take control of this game early and hold on to a double digit lead.
Sparty -7

not much time for writeup but ND down to like 6 scholarship players. ND normally a difficult place to play but I think Cuse makes you beat them by making 3a and matching their athleticism and ND just doesn’t have the fire power this year with injuries.
Cuse -1.5

Syracuse-6.5 This is more a play against Notre Dame than a play on the Orange. With both ND's best two players sidelined for this game- I find the Irish really struggling to find any offensive flow. Farrell and Colson have been the only reliable scoring options on this team so I find them struggling to find a leader to carry them in what is generally a difficult environment- the Carrier Dome. The under is probably a smart play as well but for purposes of thread I'm sticking with the Orange! Best of luck!! |
