Some guy "accidentally"spilled his drink on my buddy. My buddy claims it was intentional who knows. Guess my buddy pushed him, and security instantly grabbed him and thats when i came out of the bathroom and saw him. I walked out with the beer. Security just told him, he wasnt coming back in tonight.
If the cops were called for that incident, shouldnt they have talked to my buddy or the other guy to clear things up? We both came out and the cop came up to me instantly. My friend was next to me the whole time. Whatever, it happened. my mistake, i dont blame my friend. I know he wouldve backed me up, if i wouldve been the one in that situation. I just have to pay or contest it and its done. I have a clean record. Do cops usually show up to contest this type of tickets? |

"The cop couldn't say, "excuse me sir, you cannot exit a drinking establishment with a drink in hand" and let it go at that?" Youre completely right. i understand it was my mistake for walking out the door with a beer, but i couldnt let my buddy get kicked out by security while i watch and sip my beer. I had no idea of what had happened, i went to the bathroom and when i came out i saw him getting pushed around by 2 security guards I understand that it is his job to enforce the laws, but he couldve handled the situation differently. Keep in mind that i wasnt drunk (it was only 3rd drink of the night) and i didnt at any time show disrespect to the cop. I believe he was trying to make his end of the month quota. Any idea how expensive this ticket is gonna be? |

henry youre right. i was amazed how quick the cop spotted me. He was infront of me literally 15 seconds after i walked out. We were both right outside the entrance. Shouldnt the club get fined for letting ppl walk out with their alcoholic beverages?

I went out last night with my friends. My friend got kicked out of the club, i followed him with my beer in my hand(i didnt think about it). The second i came out, a cop came up to me and gave me a ticket for drinking in public. It is an infraction, not a misdemeanor. I have a clean record, is there any way i can contest it or whats gonna happen? Also, i am not gonna be able to make it to the scheduled court date, im going to vegas lol BTW the ticket was given in Downtown San Diego, CA

Ok guys thanks for your input. I applied for chase freedom. I understand the consequences that can come from credit. I have some money saved up in my savings account. I just want to pay for my basic expenses with my CC and pay off the full amount every month.
I know i will sound like a degenerate, but do sportsbooks accpet CC deposits? ive used many gift cards for my deposits, but are CC accepted by the books? if so, which ones? Once again, thanks |
