created a topic GROUP ME LIVE CHAT 12/11 in Penalty Box Hello all. Earlier today I posted to anyone/everyone that wanted to join the chat to friend request me and then after I accept to send me your e-mail. Same thing applies going forward. Final LIVE line plays Endof3rdJeff went 5-2 on straight bets (1-Unit) and 0-1 on parlay (quarter bet). We started the day 5-0. Amazing job overall. Cavs vs. Magic Over 179.5 moved to 181.5 end of 4th quarter, both hit. Bucks vs. Raps Under 178.5 Warriors vs. Celtics Over 210 Charlotte vs. Memphis Over 212 Timberwolves vs. Nuggets Over 202.5 And ended the day with 2 losses. I thought it was 6-2. There may be one I am missing, but I am checking history and that's what I am seeing. Anyone who was in the chat with that knows if I am missing one, just respond here. Losses were Blazers and Suns Over 208.5 and Lakers @ Spurs Over 201.5 WE went (1-1-1 on the parlay only loosing the OVER on the Suns game) We won't be posting plays LIVE in covers due to the high turnover rate, so if you want to be a part of the chat let me know. I have worked countless hours myself over this past month collecting and analyzing data and creating spreadsheets that analyze trends and focus on LIVE action and moving odds. Endof3rdJeff has been in the game a lot longer than me and wants to give back as well. He really knows his stuff. This could turn into something really great over time. As LIVE betting can be tricky, realize that during game time from 7-12PM EST we will be watching games LIVE and and trying to understand game flow, so we can make the most educated plays in the 4Q that return the greatest results. If you have questions, try to avoid them until either after the games, or before the games, so we don't clog up the chat. Once a pick has been posted you tail at your own risk. If we lose the bet and you tail, its not on us to get your money back. Although I am confident we will have a lot more winners than losers. replied to Advance bettors only: Theory behind middling NBA totals in NBA Betting Its not a waste of time, but I think you have a better chance of middling say a 4Q bet. You just need to know when to pull the trigger. Let me give you an example. I live play everything, I know what the odds are at every total in every game. I built a spreadsheet for it. Now, its just numbers, its not predictability, but its note worthy. Let me give you an example. Tonights Knicks game total started at 52.5, initial lean was under. The pace of the start of the 4Q was fast, shots falling every which way. The LIVE BET number ran as high as 60.5. There's a lot to predict going on in an NBA game come 4Q, so its hard to just say how do I take it here. Well, if it goes from 52.5 to 57.5 (5total points from where VEGAS set the line to gain the most profit, I say that is a HAMMER. So your lean was UNDER, take UNDER for 57.5 Points. Sure enough they teams cooled down. You have to take advantage of that swing. Your original lean was incorrect, and now the game is close. Which means its probably going to go OVER the original number. Now, since this is a highly contested match, they are probably going to shoot free throws and extend the game as the teams are close. If you can get within a point or two of the original line. Granted you are at 57.5 on your Under. Say 53.5, go ahead and grab the OVER 53.5 there. Now you have a 4 point swing and you have guaranteed yourself a chance to middle in a smaller window, yes... However, this is a great window to be in, in a 4th quarter bet. If you can hit these middles at a 1/3 shot, you are making 2 UNITS on the wins and loosing (.2 UNITS on the losses) That puts you at +1.8 Units. If you go 1-2 on straight bets you are down -2.3 Units. If may be more time consuming to get a win, but why would you do it any differently. I would rather hedge completely or give myself 1 point on something I am beginning to not trust, then take hard losses. There's always the next bet. Half the people on this forum will post dumb garbage halfway through the game about people before game bets, when they should be analyzing the game and posting about trends. Or keep an update of what they are watching. Could you imagine if we had a different person or two analyzing each game and giving positive feedback.
