If you think N. Illinois is going to keep it close ur the idiot, FSU is alot bigger and faster on both sides of the ball, N. Illinois is going to get worn down, the only team that N. Illinois played this year thats in a big conference was Kansas, they only won by 7, KANSAS THEY WEN'T 1-11. FSU is no Kansas there a whole hell of alot better, u say there going to play with fire well thats great, still isn't going to matter FSU will steamroll N. Illinois. Also Oklahoma St. big over Purdue. |

And the MAC can use this BCS money a lot more than the B12 did. Each of the 13 MAC schools will get about 1.5 mil. Their whole athletic budget (for all sports) is probably around 3 mil per year or less.
I'm not talking about money here, i'm talking the quality of a game, i can think of a bunch of different schools that you can put in there with a better resume than N. Illinois, if your talking oh well lets just put a team in there so there conferance can get some extra money why dont you just put in some divison 2 school to play Florida St. Bcs bowl games should be the best teams in the nation playing each other, not some team that is 12-1 with a schedule like that, its just not right nor fair to the other deserving teams out there. I can tell you the ratings are going to suck because its pointless for either teams fans to keep watching it after halftime because of the score, maybe they will take it off after halftime and put a re-run of house or something like that. |

How in the heck does N. Illinois get into a BCS bowl game? They have played teams with a combined record of 62-93, 8 of the 13 teams they played have 8 or more losses, they lost to Iowa which is the worst team in the Big 10, they beat Kansas by 7 early in the season before Kansas started playing better late in the season. Oklahoma should be really pi***d they got bumped for a team with that kind of resume. No wonder there QB is so high in stats, anybody would if you only play 4 teams a year with a winning record, its just a better garbage team beating a worse garbage team thats all it is. The BCS really dropped the ball on this one, they should only play a half of a game against Florida St., its going to be a blowout, N. Illinois won't stop Florida St. one time and this will be the biggest blow out of the bowl season. Prediction Florida St. 63 N. Illinois 3. Take it to the bank.

OSU has had a cupcake schedule they have faced 1 team that is still ranked and that is Nebraska, and on top of that they have had trouble with the likes of UCF, CAL, UAB, PURDUE and by far Indiana who they gave up 49 points and nearly 500 yds of offense, but you are right Michigan may not blow them out but GIVING Michigan 5 points for a team with a body of work like OSU is completely outragious, Michigan MAY not win but they will for sure keep it within a field goal. OHIO STATE -5 are the oddsmakers mf nuts MICH QB can't even throw a mf rock not alone a football. this game should be a blowout like I said U of M has nothing. this game is OHIO STATE ship game this team will go 12-0 perfect more games later goodnight You are crazy if you bet Ohio State in this game, Ohio State is ranked 84 in the country in pass defense, Denard isn't going to be playing QB, with toussaint out you will see him more at the RB positon, Devin Gardner is the new QB last three games he has thrown for an average of 278 yds a game with 7 Tds, last year Denard against Ohio State ran for 191 yds and a TD. Last year Ohio state new he couldn't throw so the stacked the box and he still ran for almost 200, they cant do that this year now with a passing QB, so they will get burned either way. Michigan is ranked #1 in pass defense, last three games miller has thrown for an average of 155 yds with 3 Tds, GARBAGE, last week Ohio State gave up 191 Yds to ball, Ohio State has been playing close games all year to garbage teams and Michigan will blow them out of the water, this game isn't even going to be close. If you wanna waste your money bet OSU if you wanna win bet Michigan plain and simple. |
