Atlanta: Under is 12-3-1 in ATL last 16 Mon. games.
Under is 19-7 in ATL last 26 games as an underdog.
Under is 8-3 in ATL last 11 overall.
Chicago: Under is 10-4-1 in CHI last 15 home games.
 Under is 13-6 in CHI last 19 Mon. games.

These things tend to even out. OVER 181.
