replied to am i delusional in Las Vegas Ok I'm gonna suck it up at my job for awhile longer. I have a good online book anyways. A new casino is opening a half hour from where i live in toledo ohio. Yeah I obviously don't have enough to go right now after thinking about all the living expenses. Yep I'm delusional alright. Just seeking an escape. replied to hypothetical question in General Discussion Skunk. The warrent is for missing a probation violation hearing.It was a bullshit charge to begin with. Disorderly conduct for public intoxication. Apparently in Michigan that justifies getting put on probation for two years, outragous fines, weekend work for the county for a month, random drug tests and breathylizers. A victimless crime. Just acting beligerent drunk trying to hitch a ride. Yeah michigan doesn't mess around. Put jalen rose in county jail for i think 3 weeks on his first dui. Michigan court system sets people up to fail their probation. It's from 3-4years ago and they issue a bench warrent but never showed up to arrest him when he missed court. they knew where to find him but even they knew it was a bs charge so why bother right. Lets just see if this person is stupid enough to do what the probation involves. He wasn't. He left the state and now they can go fuck themselves. Oakland county jail is the worse jail. Overcrowded as fuck and you have to beg for toilet paper. No pillow. Just a blanket, sheet, and concrete. He definately learned his lesson. Stay out of trouble. created a topic hypothetical question in General Discussion Can a so called "friend" fly with a misdemeanor bench warrant. Will so called"friend" be arrested at the airport. So called "friend" didn't show up for a probation violation hearing a couple years ago and they sent a letter out about the bench warrent being issued. Never came to arrest him even though they knew where he lived. It's from another state. Not the same state so called"friend" will be flying out of. Hopefully it doesn't come to that. Yeah baseball is where it's at for me. I would only be betting small amounts on the table games. If I go my family is going to despise me and my girlfriend will give me hell. They're assuming I'm gonna fuck up and need them to bail me out. Fuck em. I can only take this monotonous bs boring town day to day and don't even feel alive anymore. Just existing. Every day is the same fucking thing. Sorry that I want to travel, live life, meet new people and make a little moolah on some baseball. Guess that makes me a selfish person in their eyes. $200 for a bus ticket. I'm trying to find a flight that isn't more than $300. I'll make up my mind in the next day or two when to leave. Probably next monday. Trying to cashout from her..a..e. one last time. created a topic am i delusional in Las Vegas sick of my life here in ohio. Dead end job that doesn't pay shiit. Thinking about getting on the greyhound or flying to lv. I've been there before and things didn't go so well. This time i have a better plan. Sticking to betting only baseball and 2dollar minimum roulette. Maybe a little poker. I'll have around 2 grand to work with. If i go i'll be staying in the cheapest, roachiest hotels on fremont street unless i find a better alternative. (tent city, flood tunnels) lol. What is holding me back is my girlfriend. She lives in michigan and i only see her a couple times a month. She says if i go we're done. Well i'm unhappy and think a change of scenery will change me for the better. Hopefully i can turn my 2000 into something nice. Or get chewed up and spit out.
