going into it, i thought heat and thunder were the toughest games.  now i think it's going to be philly for some reason. but, after they whooped chi on wed, seems like the line should be higher than -1.5, ML is @ even now (so that is going in my favor).

Kobe should have a better game and Denver has no answer for Bynum and Gasol. 

I think Lakers win by 10+. They seem to be playing their best basketball at the right time. 

 

i cosign the LA prediction, but i'm hesitant because after watching game 1, dont u think the spread should be around 7 or 8.  unless denver pushes the ball constantly, i dont think they can keep it close.

to put it simply, with caron butler out, who on the clippers roster can guard rudy gay?

not only will memphis come out hungry in game 2 based on what happened in game 1, but LA is without their best defender; i think losing caron is a nightmare for LA. r u guys liking the grizz in game 2 (in a result something like INDY tonight over Orlando).

dude, u just had a thread betting the sixers because rose isn't playing.

 

anyway, i can't see any reason to take the over. out of 8 quarters, only 2 of them got out of the teens in the first game.

i really think the thunder can win it all. the only thing i don't like is that they settle for too many jumpshots.  they matchup real well with the heat, but i think their toughest series would actually be LA (though if that happens, fisher could be an exfactor with his knowledge of his former team).

i had an 8 team parlay get fkd by 1 game yesterday; memphis -5.5 ; it was a ridiculous payout too. 5 to win 3500.  after that, nothing scares me.
