yep, knights board confirmed it.

best club re-builder in the business. roosters looking to re-build and have gone all in, knights couldnt match the offer.

yes he did, till the end of 2010, smith asked for a release for his final year, the roosters offered him a 4 year contract.

HoH, he is an intense man. Polar opposite of Freddy I guess. What he will do though is put everyone on notice - senior player or not - if you're not in it for the cause, get the fuck out.

He has a good eye for young talent and has a knack of getting the best out of other clubs' rejects.
