Might as well merge the Eagles and Roosters so the rich snobs from the northern beaches and the rich snobs from the eastern suburbs can all go for one club.
and all us battler's can hate the merged entity even more than we hate the f4ggot clubs now

Launching the club’s ‘‘Strength In Numbers’’ marketing campaign at Ausgrid Stadium today, acting Knights chief executive Troy Palmer said new owner Nathan Tinkler was genuine about his intention to make tickets more affordable for families.
Surrounded by a group of players and staff, including coach Rick Stone, captain Kurt Gidley and ‘‘Strength In Numbers’’ spokesman Jarrod Mullen, Palmer said the new 10-game membership packages would allow a family of two adults and two children to watch every remaining home game from a reserved grandstand seat at Ausgrid Stadium for just $5 each.
‘‘Membership is the best way to support the Newcastle Knights. It’s a measure of a club’s strength and stability off the field,’’ Palmer said.
‘‘The Knights’ current membership represents only 0.74 per cent of the population of the Hunter, and that is not a significant number for a rugby league stronghold.
‘‘We have removed the price barrier and are making it far more affordable for our community to make the membership commitment.
‘‘For a family of two adults and two children to sit in a reserved seat for the remainder of the season for as little as $5 per person per home game represents amazing value. Our aim is to have 10,000 new community members by the New Zealand Warriors game on Sunday, May 15.’’
The new ticketed membership packages are available from today by contacting the Knights’ office on 4941 8282 or PROticket on 1300 121 012.
