Well, i lose another under last night cause someone picked up a ball and ran 90 metres to score.
Seriously, the blue print to win an NRL game is to simply wrestle, strangle the playball and jump the line in defense.
When you get on offense, put a bomb up, pray and hope, get lucky and win.
That is the bluepin to win. If you try and play football, u will be at adisadvantage. I was on another supporters forum and everyone there is also complaining about the state of the game.
As for tonight, I think the Panthers will be deflated, after getting up for the Cows last week, there best players who were instrumental last week are out, combine that with Georgalis getting shafted, i think they might turn up a bit flat tonight.
Dogs missing Ennis is no biggy.
Analyze as much as you want, it might come down to deflections off bombs, loose balls and bad bounces. This is what the game has come to. The NRL love it cause it creates closer contests, the bookmakers love it cause they realise the game has become a game of lucky in this era and gamblers get drawn into a false sense by thinking they analyzed the game correctly.
Look at the Storm v Warriors game last week, The Warriors scored off a outstanding executed try, but they lose cause the Storm scored 3 tries off 3 kicks where they got the lucky bounces off 3 kicks.
Even Billy Slater said they got lucky. Even he realises what the game has become.

IMO the Dogs looks clueless in attack especially close to the line without him. That Sharks game a fortnight ago was a really eye opener, he provides them with a lot of their direction in attack.

Dogs look completely directionless without Ennis.

He runs to the line and throws hosptiable balls to his forwards where the defense is all over them. Horrible.
He makes horrible decisions in attack, especially close to the line.
He is very kick happy and often kicks when it is not needed, ALA origin 1.
The only saving grace is his defense is ok.
Trust me, he isnt that good
I'm not saying he's good. I've been telling everyone who will listen that he is hopeless since I joined this site. He is a kick-happy plodder at best, and a fucking cat to boot. Him and Thaiday are the two biggest cats in the comp, and I lean one way or the other in regards to who is the biggerst cat depending on my mood, the weather, All Ords ect.
All I'm saying is that the dogs are a very ordinary football team with him in it, and look even more like, well, Parramatta when he's out.
