Newcastle's kicking game has been terrible, which was always the big concern when Mullen went down.

Uate's defensive reads have really improved. Looks like he'll be an Origin player for a long time, should have had Yowie Yo's Australian jersey imo, regardless of what JT would have to say about the matter.

Yow Yeh has a hell of a long way to go in terms of his game when he DOESN'T have the ball. From my front row seat in Origin I, in the first half when he was on my side of the field, he was clueless about his positioning at times. Billy Slater practically had to tell him how to breathe

newcastle need to be careful not to slip into a shit and giggle touch game with the Tigers.

They just need to keep hitting hard in defence, kick long, chase well and wait for the chances.

Tigers will give them some.
