Iran +0.5 -143 ($1430 to win $1000)
No way in heck this Iran team is going to come out two games in a row, with this many fans in attendance, and looks as bad as they did in their 6-2 loss to England. Not happening. This is a very nice bounce back spot for them. Don't forget Wales rescued a point against USA after being badly outplayed in the first half and that is what a player like Gareth Bale can do for you but I don't see them winning this. Coming into the World Cup Wales had not won a match in their previous five games and that streak without a win should continue here. I have a feeling they are going to underestimate Iran and it will cost them. I don't see a high scoring match, likely boring at times as Iran focuses on defensive efforts but this either finishes 0-0 or each team grabs one and it's 1-1. Either way I have Iran to cover this spread.
Senegal -0.5 -147 ($1470 to win $1000)
I made a huge mistake with Senegal in their opening match against the Dutch because I figured even without superstar Sadio Mane in the lineup they had enough World Class talent to find at least one goal against the Netherlands but they lacked some major finish and struggled with the few chances they had. They did keep the game to 0-0 right up until the 80th minute but the pressure from the Dutch subs was too much and the Oranje found a way to score two late goals. As for Qatar. Not only did they look like they don't belong at the World Cup in their opener against Ecuador but they played the part and were the first Host team to ever lose the opening match in 22 opening matches in history. Senegal is in a do or die spot here and they have the talent to take all 3 points and still move on from this group. Win is a must.
Netherlands-Ecuador 'UNDER' 2.5 -133 ($1330 to win $1000)
This is the big one in Group A because the winner, assuming someone takes all 3 points, is going to win the Group and secure their spot into the Round of 16 which is huge with one game remaining. I am taking the UNDER because Ecuador cannot afford to play as forward as they did against Qatar. Even then if it wasn't for the efforts of Enner Valencia and his neverending talents, Ecuador may have drawn 0-0 in the Qatar match. The pace is slow and they should have won 6-0. Against Netherlands they can't just play at a crazy pace because the Dutch have too many good attacking players even though those players struggled in the win over Senegal. The Dutch were able to clean sheet Senegal who have some really good attacking players so for me this is another low scoring game despite everyone expecting fireworks.
United States +1 +101 ($1000 to win $1010)
This is by far one of my most anticipiated matchups of the Group Stage and I've been looking forward to this forever. England looked so good in their 6-2 win over Iran in the opener but was that Iran just being terrible or England putting it all together? I say a bit of both. The Americans actually impressed everyone with their style of attacking in the first half of the Wales game but let a few substitutions change all of that in the second half and blew the game late by conceeding a penalty. I have a feeling everyone will be on England to win this match by 3-4 goals but NOT SO FAST! The Americans can't afford to come away from this with 0 points and Christian Pulisic has EPL experience and the United States are going to shock everyone with a tremendous performance.

The underdogs in the early afternoon Qatar heat have been money so far this World Cup and in what is turning out to be a do or die match for both Countries, I have to go with the dog. We didn't get to see much of Tunisia in their opener against Denmark because they never had the ball. In a pretty boring 0-0 tie, the Tunisian side had possession for only 38% of the match and looked content to come away with a point. Australia actually scored the first goal against France in their opener but it didn't last very long and class tookoever with LES BLEUS winning 4-1. Australia have just one win in their last three World Cup Group Stages (2010, 2016 and 2018) but if there was ever a match they could win it's this one. France was tough and this team actually won huge games (versus Peru, UAE and New Zealand) to even get here. Aussies for me.
Saudi Arabia +0.5 +116 ($1000 to win $1160)
Would it be crazy to think and believe that Saudi Arabia are a true cinderella story and that they will secure their spot in the next round right here? After beating Argentina in the biggest upset in World Cup history, after receiving Rolls Royce cars from their Country, after sending an entire Nation into frenzy with incredible goals and that win over Lionel Messi and Argentina...how could they not right? Poland looked awful in their opener with Mexico and the Robert Lewandowski curse is real. That missed penalty set the tone for Poland for this World Cup and it will be hard to move on. I expect the Saudis to play out of their minds again in this one and at the very least take a point for Poland but we all know they are going for the win to secure a spot in the knockout stage. Plus money for this? Yes please.
France-Denmark 'OVER' 2.5 +108 ($1000 to win $1080)
I have to be honest here. I don't think there is any stopping France in the early stages of this World Cup. Not the way they played against Australia. The crazy thing about this game is had both teams won their opener I would likely be calling for a low scoring game but there were 5 goals in France's opener and now they face a Denmark side that is desperate for goals and that was pretty embarassed with their lack of finish in their opening 0-0 draw with Tunisia. No way Denmark comes out of this without a goal at least if the Socceroos grabbed one. France is France and they don't stop attacking. Olivier Giround who became France's all-time leading scorer in the opener looks like a legit GOLDEN BOOT contender and has the size to match Denmark. Conservative Denmark I would say UNDER but desperate Denmark I go with OVER and this game should be wide open. Plus money too.
Argentina-Mexico 'UNDER' 2.5 -133 ($1330 to win $1000)
I wanted to take a side in this one but I do see Argentina grabbing all three points and I also see them struggling to be effective on the offensive side of things. Something is off with the lineup and too much is being asked of an aging Lionel Messi. Mexico already showed they aren't going to score goals with their pretty poor effort in a 0-0 draw with Poland. I know everyone will be on the OVER because of the "Messi and Argentina have to bounce back" but did anyone ever think maybe this is not a good team? They don't have a Richarlison or anyone like that to take totals over. There will be anxious moments for Argentina who will be terrified to concede. They have played 3 friendlies since 2018 and Mexico scored in none of them. There will be a ton of defending for Mexico and hope to take it on the counter and score another point. I like the UNDER here and don't see many goals.

congrats with your stats and your very fine bets Yesterday !
I’m a Dane, and i think you’re wrong with the Denmark game today. I actually think this game is very similar to two of the other games in the second round: Holland vs. Ecuador and England vs. Us. We have a game with the favorit winning their first gane and a dog drawing their first game. Exactly the same spot where both teams can live with a draw. France will just need a point against Tunesia and Denmark “just” need to best Austalia in the last one.
i don’t see any of the these two teams taking a Big risk in this one. And France has a lot of respect for Denmark as we beat them twice in the Europa nations League.
0-0 / 1-1 i think is the correct bet in this one.
good luck with your bets today !

ANOTHER BIG DAY ON THE PITCH!!! Saudis a bit of a letdown but that entire match changes if they convert the PK (weak one at that) at the end of the half!
3-1 (+$2080) today
16-7-1 (+$8910) so far in the 2022 World Cup
Will be posting plays for all four games tomorrow later tonight!

Japan-Costa Rica 'OVER' 2.5 +110 ($1000 to win $1100)
The early afternoon games in Qatar are coming to an end soon and won't be around for MatchDay 3 (the earliest start is 5 hours later than Matchdays 1+2) so we need to take advantage now. No this is not another underdog play but I am taking the over and predicting some goals here. Did everyone see what Japan did to Germany and their back line? Despite being under siege to the tune of 25 shots against (yes that's real) in that match, they still managed 10 shots of their own, 2 goals and 3 on target. Costa Rica allowed 7 goals against Spain. You have to expect Japan to put a few in the net with a spot in the Round of 16 on the line with a win. No way does Japan leave this to the Spain game. Having said that Costa Rica scored 6 goals in 3 Friendlies right before World Cup 2022 and they should be able to bury a goal or two themselves.
Morocco +0.5 -106 ($1060 to win $1000)
Did anyone think they could get this kind of number on Belgium against Morocco? Canada played out of their minds but Belgium found a way to steal that match with a single chance on net to Canada's 21 goal attempts in that game. If Canada had any experience and any finishing in that game Belgium has a big fat 0 points coming into this one. Morocco actually played really well against Croatia in their 0-0 draw with more goal attempts (8 to 6) than Croatia and two shots on target. Belgium saw their superstar midfielder (De Bruyne) look pretty bad against Canada and then say that Belgium is too old to win the World Cup. Morocco is an experienced side and they won't be making the same mistakes. Never underestimate the power of fans and with a ton of expats in the Middle East, Morocco has a huge advtange. I'm going underdog to draw or win. They have it in them.
Croatia-Canada 'OVER' 2.5 +103 ($1000 to win $1030)
Mark my words now, Canada are going to score their first ever World Cup goal in this match. Alphonso Davies was supposed to be the holder of that record setting goal but he missed a penalty in the first half of the Belgium game and Canada never managed to get one back. In their only other WC appearance, they lost all three Group Stage matches and scored a grand total of 0 goals. Not happening again. My pick is Jonathan David to open Canada's World Cup account. Morocco was able to get more chances at goal than Croatia in their tournament opening 0-0 draw. John Herdman, Canada's manager, got the team in hot water when he said they were going to "F Croatia" in this game but that's just an indication of confidence. At the same time they are vulnerable in the back so I'm going with the OVER as we see at least 3 goals and a possible huge party in Canada.
Spain-Germany 'OVER' 2.5 -137 ($1370 to win $1000)
This seems almost way too obvious but I'm pretty confident we are not going to be watching a scoreless stalemate between a super confident (and young) Spain side and a very very desperate German side who are coming off that shocking loss to Japan. There is no sitting back for Germany and that's a problem because they are already weak in the back. In the loss to Japan, Germany managed 25 GOAL ATTEMPTS, 9 SHOTS ON TARGET and managed to score only 1 goal. Spain, who are sitting super nice in this group right now, won't sit back either. They want the 3 points now and don't want to wait to face a very scrappy Japan side to book their spot in the Round of 16. The 7 goal performance was no fluke and Germany is going to have their hands full. Had Germany got a result in their opener this would be different but it's DESPERATION TIME. OVER for me.
