The key for CRO is to not take RUS so lightly - these guys can score - SPA found out the hard way. CRO knows this and will not sit back. I like CRO TT OV and BTS

Belgium scored 14 goals & given up 5. France scored 9 while conceding 4.. 3 of the past 5 for both teams have also gone over 2.5. The last time these sides met head to head it was a 4-3 win for Belgium in a friendly in Paris with the majority of players currently in both squads. I'm expecting a classic semi it will be interesting how Kante will handle deBruyne because who ever wins that battle gets their side to the Finals on Sunday. I'm backing Belgium as I don't think France should be odds on favourite as I would have had the line reversed.

I'm surprised DJ at this total - thought the OV 3 would be 1.80/-125.

DJ, I loathe to bring up the fatigue thing again as I have egg on my face from the England match against Croatia. But I have to do it. How many of the above underdogs played in three straight overtime games? To me, Croatia, during the first half against England, looked like a team ready to be put out of its misery, and when the Brits failed to do it, that gave them new life. That is how I saw that game play out. Will the French be as generous as the Brits, or will their collective anuses also tighten up like the Brits, maybe? But this is (imo) one of those situations where you pay to see the other guy's cards because chances are they are bluffing. In this case, bluffing means the Croats are running on empty and their luck runs out on Sunday.

France v Croatia

3 straight extra time games including 2 PK for Croatia has to take its toll. France are 1.9 years on average younger than Croatia and come into the game with an extra day of rest. Croatia have not kept a clean sheet versus weaker opposition than who France went up against. France have kept 4 clean sheets in the tournament thanks to brilliant play by Kante & Lloris. Croatia made a nation proud but it would take a miracle of epic proportions or a French massive implosion for them to lift the trophy.
