If you are going to use this rational of comparing how Juve played Atlanta in a regular season game that really didn't have tons of meaning then let's take a look at Monaco's last two contests vs PSG
How many starters played for Juve vs Atalanta?

Monaco definitely won't get a easy win but the price on them at home ground is just too high for me to pass on. Was it even money I wouldn't have touched it. Monaco has been underestimated all throughout this season.

Everyone expects juve to qualify thats means they need to get some sort of result tonight.
They have conceded twice all season in the competition and none in their five games against barca, porto and dinamo zagreb. Where as monaco havent kept a clean sheet in 6 and thats without coming up against players such as Higuain and Dybala.
Although you have to take the occasion and home support into account aswell as Juve being without khedira. At s--t odds juve or draw could be the play.

I think everyone's riding Monaco's coat tails right now and you're getting an excellent price with Juve ML against a team that they ideally match up against. It's Juve ML +153 for me all day long

Monaco have been shut out twice this year, both on the road. Once in September vs Nice without Mbappe, and once in Leverkusen after they'd already wrapped up 1st place in the group.
They've scored 86 goals in 28 home matches and have scored at least two in 26 of those. Not saying Juve won't win - this is a tough call - but a shutout? I wouldn't bet you n it.

If you are going to use this rational of comparing how Juve played Atlanta in a regular season game that really didn't have tons of meaning then let's take a look at Monaco's last two contests vs PSG , both with the last month. They were absolutely DRUMMED 4-1 at home by PSG, and then turned around and got absolutely embarrassed 5-0 at PSG. Juve plays in a significantly more challenging league week in and week out vs the top clubs in Italy. France has PSG & Lyon that are of any real quality. Monaco defensively can be scored on and scored on a lot. They are outstanding offensively and yes they have the size and physicality, but they got lucky to catch a very worn-down and injured Dortmund side, along with the bomb incident that absolutely had a dramatic impact on leg one. Juve hasn't conceded a goal on the road or at home in the round of 16 against Porto, then again in the Quarters vs only the mighty Barcelona. Juve is absolutely the most complete team in all Europe and the best team in this competition since it started. They may concede one tomorrow but they will not lose this game. Monaco may know they have to win but they will leave themselves exposed and Juve will punish them. The experience factor as well is extremely important here. Juve has conceded two goals all competition as well. I'm playing Juve on the PK (-135) just so a draw doesn't end me, but I see 2 possibly 3-1 Juventus.
Juventus started their best lineup VS Atalanta. Monaco's starters rested that game vs PSG in preparation for this game. That's a horrible comparison lol

What a fun / informative thread to read!! Well said guys!
I wish I could've contributed some thoughts earlier, but this game has me undecided. My mind says it'd be foolish not to take Juve here with the + ML. Yet, as it happens to most fans in most sports, I've been captivated by the beauty of the attacking style this Monaco team can offer. It's always that, isn't it? A great offense vs a great defense. I know I'd much rather see a goal fest either way, whether in favor of Monaco or Juve, but I think that may not happen, and you know the saying, "Defense wins championships."
Juve's defense is top notch, everybody knows that. Sure, Monaco's attack is top notch also, but their defense is not. Juve's attack is top notch as well. Say what you want about Dybala & Pipita, but Cuadrado to me will be a headache for Monaco. Oh yeah, Mandzukic is pretty good too. I believe Monaco will obviously attempt to get out of this 1st leg up in the scoreboard and in their chance-taking, will be met by a couple of counter-attacking goals by that Juve front line.
If I had to predict a scoreline, it'd be Juve 2-0. Still though, I'd much rather see Monaco advance for the fun of watching attacking football.
What is clear to me is that today's match should be a lot more fun that yesterdays match where only one team showed up.
BOL everybody!!

I love Mbappe and Falaco with all my heart, and Monaco has had an unreal run this year, but it ends starting today. Chiellini will lay a nice steamy dump right on Jardims face while Dybala scores and The Old Lady Wins 2-1 today.

While monaco will play the quicker game they'll get exhausted pretty quickly. A much similar thing happened against man city where they were in front at half time playing very well but let 4 goals in the second half and lost the away game.
Juve play a much more physical game than man city does so I expect a fatigued monaco side specially if they keep up on pressing since the beginning.
The main reason I see why Barca couldn't score a single goal against Juve is because Barca lacked creativity. There were a couple of chances for messi at CN but other than that they didn't play that well. Besides they have the same tiki taka typish attacking football. Nothing quite different.
But Monaco does play very well on the wings with crosses to the box as well as counters & runs through the middle.
Bakayako, Lemar, Silva they all play at a very high pace while moutinho provides with very good passes.
And I find Chiellini & Bonucci to have gotten a bit slower with time.
Aand considering that Juve will try to hold on to a clean sheet and doesn't actually care about getting more than 1 goal the game will be played much more in the juve half while having their backline very close to the goal they'll be much less vulnerable to counters as they did with barca.
It may very well depend with Juve's approach to the game cause we all know manaco will come gunz blazing!

They're a good team and that's it, I watch Serie A weekly and they are similar to Bayern in terms of having clearly the best players in the league. Nothing wrong with it and good for them. Juve beat Barca, true but Barca was a great matchup for them. Barca attack had zero air threat while the juve defense could bully those tiny wingers and striker. Let's also not forgot how many chances Barca blew in that first game in Juve.
My prediction is they win 2-1, and Juve wins at home 1-0 or 2-0
Monaco will win this game and the aerial threat will be the reason why
