Well, shit day posting here, but dinner will be amazeballs, making an oven dish where you make meatballs, tomato sauce and pasta separately and from scratch and then combine it in a deep oven pan topped with fresh mozzarella and ricotta...Topped with fresh basil when serving.

Sauce has onion, garlic, passata, tomato paste, roma tomatoes from last year, parsley, basil, oregano, thyme etc in it. Meatballs with panko crumbs, an egg, herbs and spices, parmesan etc. Gonna be da bomb....
