If the ML for one team is +150 why is the ML for the other team sometimes +195 too? I'm just using a random line. The draw is also around +200. Does that mean that it's such a coin flip team that they could end in a draw? And also if a team is pk, does that mean a draw doesn't result in a loss?
Yeah, the draw is the key on all those being +$$. Kind of like the 0/00 in roulette. The books usually make bank on the draw. At least, that's what I assume, since most bettors usually are playing a side. But when the lines are all that close, yes, a draw seems like a more likely outcome.
PK is a spread line, and a draw on a PK bet is a PUSH. You'll always get a worse price on PK than you will on a ML, for that reason.

Do bets on the spread line also not take into account extra time?
For example.. Team A is -110 +1/2 goal. If the score is tied after 90 min + injury time, but Team B scores in extra time, what is the result of the wager?

Why do some plays at the goal result in a total free kick like the one Renaldo missed, and then other free kicks have blockers, like the one Messi made?
Has the average OU always been 2.5?
How do players get picked for their national teams? Is it a tryout? Or do these teams play year round?
Where do the highest paid players play? If I wanted to watch a great live game in Europe what league would it be?
How is extra time determined? Sometimes its plus one and sometimes its plus five. Do the refs keep a tally on non play time?

A little late on a response, but here you go anyway.
Why do some plays at the goal result in a total free kick like the one Renaldo missed, and then other free kicks have blockers, like the one Messi made? A foul in the box results in a penalty kick, where it's just the player and goalie. A foul outside the box, and you get a free kick, and the opponents can stand in their wall, like on the Messi kick you mentioned.
Has the average OU always been 2.5? Yes, pretty much.
How do players get picked for their national teams? Is it a tryout? Or do these teams play year round? Not sure on how it's done in each country, but pretty much. The national teams do play year round, but not continuously. It also depends on what big competitions are taking place in that year. This year we had the Copa and Euro 2016. In the fall/spring, World Cup Qualifying starts up again for the 2018 WC.
Where do the highest paid players play? If I wanted to watch a great live game in Europe what league would it be? I prefer to watch the English Premier League. it's also the most accessible league to follow/watch if you live in the US. The top players make a fortune.

Thank you to all of the contributions to this thread. I am a little late to the party, and forgive me if this has already been addressed, but I am considering placing a wager on Iceland +2 (-150) If they lose 3-1, is this a push for me? If down 2-1 at the 90 minute mark, then allow an added time goal to make it a 3-1 final, do I win my wager? Thanks again, and I understand if I don't get a response in time for kickoff.
