yep , and believe me , even for $20 an hour it is impossible to hire positions like security guards or bartenders ,they come in with ideas like $30 + , we pay an average of $26 right now per hour

Minimum wage is 12.50$ US in the whole province. Bar owners hire bartenders by looks and those girls don't leave the high tipping places. Security here is also cheap minimum wage to start. Its rent and high housing costs that Toronto is facing, average home is 1.1 million
