Chelsea to win Champions League +670 - 0.5 unit 
Barcelona to win Champions League +570 - 0.5 unit 

it's been 3 years since barca won the cl and for messi and co it's been an eternity. once his ban expires, suarez will provide barca with the killer instinct and hunger(no pun intended ) that's been missing since the last cl win. their main opponents will be chelsea i predict. as usual, mourinho won't be fancied in big games for some reason because of his style of play (which has actually been pretty fun to watch this season imo), but they will always rise to the occasion in big games. chelsea always plays barca well too. hard for me to see past one of these teams to win but it can be hedged later. 

Liverpool to win Group B +330 - 0.5 unit 
Basel to win Group B +2500 - 0.1 unit 
real madrid is still a mess atm and who knows when, or if, they will be able to fix it. might as well take a stab at the other 2 teams in the meantime. 
 
Man City to win Group E +220 - 1 unit 
pellegrini is a good european coach and city has been in europe way too long to not win a group. they have to do it sooner or later, right? lol

ice cold in cl lol. but not giving up. gotta shoot my way out of this slump! 

Stoke ml +182 - 3 units
over 2 -114 - 2 units
over 2.25 +123 - 1 unit 
stoke actually played pretty well against leicester, having 10 shots on goal, and was unlucky not to score. surprisingly none of stoke's games have gone over this year either. under mark hughes stoke has not played like the stoke of old under pulis, having a much more attacking philosophy. qpr is hardly a defensive team, having conceded 4 goals against both united and spurs.  i'm willing to bet both of these things correct itself this game. 

Arsenal -0.75 +110 - 2 units 
arsenal is slumping, having not won a game in the league since opening day against palace. villa is riding high, coming off a win at liverpool. common sense dictates villa gets a result this game. when has betting ever made sense? 

Newcastle ml +120 - 4 units 
hope this is the last time i have to bet on these guys this season. lol 

LA Galaxy -1 -118 - 3 units 
LA Galaxy -1.25 +110 - 1 unit 

Montreal Impact ml +126 - 2 units

CL wasn't much better for me. I had Leverkusen ML and Bayern/City draw 

And I predicted the Dortmund win. But since I'm usually not betting on matches of my team, I stayed away. Well, week 2 will get better for us.

after leverkusen, chelsea, stoke, and newcastle this week, i think i'm just expecting the teams i bet on to miss at least 10 chances a game and/or give up a last minute equaliser. sometimes both. lol 

big plays sunday 

Tottenham -1 -115 - 3 units 
Tottenham -1.25 +117 - 2 units 
spurs had some bad luck at sunderland, but against west brom they should be able to easily rectify that at home. 

Leverkusen 1st half ml +195 - 3 units 
Leverkusen ml +150 - 2 units
i just dont think this team will go 3 games in a row without winning. also, they have a pressing style of play that generates a lot of first half chances and i'm willing to bet they don't go two games in a row without scoring. 

Palace - Everton over 2.75 -106 -  3 units 
system play 

Chelsea pk +120 - 1 unit 
Chelsea +210 ml - 4 units 
never ever fade mou in these kind of games! chelsea won't go two games in a row without winning many, if any, times this season. city have a title hangover this season and chelsea is hungry and out to make a statement.

Really not sure today. Augsburg is a good opponent and Leverkusens defense is terrible. GL, psycho. Hope you cash with them.

thx! by the time i saw ur post i already put in the wager  u were right though it was kind of a square bet in hindsight. at least my last minute hertha berlin ml hit. yay lol  

speaking of square looking at going big on city and united this weekend. lol

qpr is underrated up front and leaky at the back and southampton is an attacking team.  

United -1.5 +103 - 3 units 
United -1.75 +134 - 1 unit 
buy low on united, sell high on west ham

City -1 -103 - 4 units 
City -1.25 +131 - 1 unit
city are now winless in three games in the league. i'm willing to bet on them not making it four. hull scored twice against the run of play to get a result at newcastle and i think city will have too much firepower. 

United ml -250 + City ml -174 - 3 units 

Leicester pk +108 - 2 units
Leicester ml +192 - 2 units 
letdown spot for both teams but i think leicester is the type of team that can cover letdown spots

prob won't start, i'd bet he'd play though, whether he's at match fitness is another story

Atletico Madrid -0.25 -117 - 1 unit
Atletico Madrid ml +122 - 3 units 
Juventus tt under 0.5 +145 - 1 unit

atletico is here to stay, as evidenced by their second straight win at the bernabeu this year. in a must win situation at home i think they pick up the points. juve has been hot this year but atletico is a different class from the usual opposition in serie a. 2 is low for an under but it's low for a reason and it's also a system play 

Zenit St Petersburg -0.75 -118 - 4 units 
Zenit -1 +129 - 1 unit 
monaco were fortunate to get a result in their last game and with a long road trip to a red hot zenit i see a one sided scoreline

over is system play, leverkusen was unlucky last week and should get back on the winning track here
