Question

I generally don&#39;t make a lot of plays on big games or big eventscas most lines are sharp and close to actual as all teams play close to the vest.I will post what few plays I wager on and I estimate that to he around 10 -15 and when you consider how many games and all the props offered that certainly isn&#39;t a lot. I do tend to do selected 2nd half time totals after I see needs and performance after the first half. Also a few full time totals based on needs with group stages. The only play I have made and made a week ago is..1) Japan to  finish higher than the rest of the world grouping at &#x2B;110.Again....there won&#39;t be a lot of posted plays simply because of the equality or potential For tough competitive matches. If ya can&#39;t figure them  why bet them!!??I will be watching all the matches and most with no vested interest except I love the game of futbol (not as much as American College Football or NHL) and will totally enjoy it....Enjoy the matches folksCheersInvestinsports

This is not a play but a special ......NOTE.......am I missing something.....the referee in the mexico/Cameroon match sure does like to issue cards....yellow cards and red cards seem to fall out of the pocket pretty easy!! It could be that those cards were warranted or is it a case of a ref with a short fuse, control, and no hesitation to issue the red card?? Food for thought. A prop with a red card wager of sorts could bring big cash!!Just a note....something to look further into.CheersInvestinsports

Very unique angle Invest.  Where can you find info on referees ? Cameroon tend to be a team that fouls a lot, so this may actually have an impact on the game. Appreciate the heads up.

Franz.....I just saw that looking on Soccer way ....click on the officials name ....again just a look see for me.....but wow its like every match and I must ask why?? It could be a question if I want to risk like a 1/4 unit on a crazy thing like that.....but seeing all those red cards has me looking deeper....CheersInvestinsports

Szpak....If you think about it that &#x2B;250 isn&#39;t all that much for something as important as a ref card. I&#39;m thinking most games NEVER even see a red card and I was thinking it should be like &#x2B;500 but I&#39;m guessing this referee had been tagged!! Invest,    Wow, you weren&#x27;t kidding.  This guy is only 34 ( fairly young for this level ), and he sure seems to let them fly. I was actually looking at that juicy price on Over 2.5 @ 2.41.  This info helped sway my thinking. Again, thanks for the heads up.

Zamigo......My original thought was if this referee hands out teds so easy.....he might hold back and just issue a bunch of yellows......I haven&#39;t decided ........I have seen Mexico and Cameroon both play physical going with a lot of tackles.....so cards could fly. For me its a risk vs reward thing but if I don&#39;t think I have a 75% chance to cash the ticket I don&#39;t care about the &quot;big money payout potential&quot;....so its all about that % on actually cashing the ticket. Dirk....As mentioned to me its all one in the same....if the referee is going to pull those cards out and not hold back because of the nature and importance of the game than the over on the cards is worth a thought.Personally I see Cameroon as faster than Mexico but Mexico is more solid tactically and if one of these clubs goes up 1-0 than I believe we see the fards as the other club goes after it more aggressively. This is one of those games that can end up 0-0 or 3-2......I know my answer isn&#39;t exact but I answer according to my needs and as I look for reason not to make a wager......if Mexico plays the tactical game 2 steps forward and 1 step back and Cameroon doesn&#39;t chase or get aggressive than its a 0-0 type with limited cards. Cameroon is the kind of team that I call &quot;they have the juice&quot;...speed, spirit  albeit out of control and can lack discipline.....and I like taking over a in matches like this....I&#39;m waiting on last minute lineup check...CheersInvestinsports

This will be my second play of the WC as my first is a future of sorts and posted.

Play 2) I'm going with a 2 team parlay ....
Mexico vs Cameroon over 1 goal -555 parlayed with Chile -1 goal -120.......the parlay is risk 1.0 unit to win 1.16 units and of course any pushes will knock that unit amount down.

As I mentioned before Cameroon has speed, quickness, they don't quit, sometimes not good on back end and combined with Mexico skill I see some goals being scored....but since this is first game I'm surely taking the safer route .....looking for 2 goals

Parlay with Chile -1 vs Australia....I had this game penciled at 2-0, 3-0, 3-1....but again since its a first game I'm more cautious but am expecting Chile to win this match..

Reminder any push knocks down the reward a bit and of course any loss we lose the whole ticket.....it could be worse.....but at risking 1.0 to win 1.16 and the probabilities of cashing I'm thinking the reward out ways the risk.

Play #2 has gone final......Mexico 1 Camaroon 0 for 1 goal and a push. Chile 3-1 Australia for the win.....We won 0.83 units and had a very solid chance to hit that over with Mexico. Now you know why I try to get the best pct that I can. WC Record 1-0 &#x2B;0.83 units and Play #1 is still open as a future. Well.....Been watching all the matches of the WC and of course there have been some surprises........but I am making a third play.......

So far my WC record is 1-0 +0.83 units ......

Play #1 is still a future.............

Play #3......2 Team Parlay Japan vs Ivory Cst over 1 1/2 -297 parlayed with Tomorrow action France -1 -192 vs Honduras......Risk 1.0 unit to win 1.03 units

Again, the first round matchups are always a bit tougher and surprises do and have shown their ugly head. I have bet down the total on the Japan match to increase my chances of getting that over and combined it with a hopefull and expected France win.......but we will see!

In the Japan/Ivory Coast match I am expected and have come up with the scores of 1-1, 2-1, 2-2, 3-2.......and I dont know who will win......

In the France / Honduras match I am expecting and penciled in a France win of 2-0, 3-0, 3-1.......so Im laying the 1 goal to help with the risk vs reward for the parlay itself.

If you havent figured it out yet, Im selective and in it for the money.....not entertainment so I try my best to put myself in a spot to win the wager and I know as do all of you that this isnt easy and its going to be unit by unit......I wish i could have bought that Japan match down to ovr 1 goal but the -1000 really would defeat the monetary purpose.

I like the risk vs reward........and its a long tournament to the end......i usually do some half time totals but no match so far has met my criteria.....so its patience and watching......

Remember we need both ends to win to cash the total 1.03 units its there is a push with France and a total win we would still pick up 0.33 units and for me that is a nice amount.

Play#4......&#xD;&#xA;Is another 2 team parlay.....&#xD;&#xA;Argentina vs Bosnia over 1 1/2 -491 parlay with tomorrow action Nigeria PK -180 to defeat Iran.......this parlay is not a pls money parlay its risk 1.0 unit to win 0.87 units....&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Argentina Bosnia match I have penciled in at 1-1, 2-0, 2-1, 3-1, 3-2 and I expect Argentina to win but with potential Bosnia firepower I dont count them out so no wager on a side....just the over that I bought down.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;I have Nigeria penciled to beat Iran by scores of 1-0, 2-0, 2-1 with a possible 0-0, or 1-1 and the PK line with just create a push if the match ended in draw.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Cheers&#xD;&#xA;Investinsports
