Europa League
1pm EST
Standard Liege v Esbjerg over 2.5 +103 2 units
This one comes down to form. I expect the Belgium side Standard Liege to dominate this game and it is quite likely they may net 3 themselves in this one. However, I can’t underestimate their opponent either who has done well themselves to score goals.
Standard Liege is in good goal scoring form, scoring 9 goals in their last 3 games including 4 goals in their last outing. They have scored at least 2 goals in 4 of their 5 league games and are without a loss in those games. As mentioned, their last game was a 4-2 domestic league win. They also scored 7 goals in their last 3 Europa qualifying games, including 2 goals twice and 3 goals in the other. They have also scored at least 2 goals in their 5 qualifying playoff Europa games to get to this group stage with over 2.5 going 4-1. Standard has won 5 straight games with a two goal margin of victory.
Esbjerg has also been in good goal scoring form, disposing of St. Etienne in their Europa qualifying tie by an aggregate of 5-3 but that one was pretty much done when they won 4-3 away from home in the first leg so they rested players and played keep away in the return leg. On the domestic front they have scored in each of their games but have conceded in all of them as well failing to keep a clean sheet. Their last 2 domestic games ended 1-1 but the three prior ended in a 3-2 and 3-1 losses.

Was on it, love to see you on it as well. Only caveat here: Standard coach will rotate all but 2 players from last league match, he's been doing this all season and so far has worked great. Also, Carcela can't play European because he competed with Anzhi before.
Good luck Fever!

I'm aware but that is why I noted that their Europa playoff qualifiers also produced goals.

Fever, thanks for the great work and winners you provide for free. One question regarding your YTD record. On Monday morning you corrected your record as 72-53.5 +31.41. I believe you have made 12 plays since then (2 Monday, 6 Tuesday and 4 Wednesday) yet your update only shows 6 plays. I believe 2 of those plays pushed so you may have forgotten some plays in your update. I could be wrong though and it wouldn't be the first time

Any which way I break down these spreadsheets I get a 3-4 goal result.
This game should see both teams score. 2 spreadsheets gave me a draw though and one gave me a Valencia win so I am staying off the side altogether here.
Good luck

I can't see any other result for Wigan who at the moment is in transition. They are a relegated side playing a decent Belgium outfit. We get this price because the game is at a neutral venue in Belgium because Zulte's field did not meet Fifa's standards. However, Wigan has been mainly earning draws in the Championship with only 1 win in 5 games for them.

That's it for the early games. I like Fiortentina but don't want to lay the 1.5 when 3 of my spreadsheets came back with 1 goal wins. The loss of Gomez could be huge for the Viola.
I'll wait for the 3pm games. No need to force any more from the early slate.

Wasn't the neutral location known for awhile? Because the line has dropped toward Wigan only in the last day or so. I'm on Wigan. Hopefully, at least one of us will win. GL.

I've looked over the Brazil card. Nothing intreague me there tonight.
The day ends 2-1 early and 0-1.5 late for a 2-2.5 day down a little bit. Still profitable on the year. I can't tell you how difficult Europa league is until some of these teams get whittled down.
In any event .. I've looked over the card in Brazil and i don't see any value so I am passing there.
