they do flood a lot because its an old city/weather/drainage stuff, but it's like a thing everyone is used to there,  barely fazes them. Its more expensive than rest of SC and you are always paying attention to hurricanes - but it rocks.  Love it.  Its one of the few places i could be convinced to move to

metal roof i chose, better with hurricanes and insurance company won't tell me every 15 years to get new roof
